The GOP just refused the public testimony of Hunter Biden, as the facts that have surfaced implicate the GOP and Trump in treasonous organized crimes against both America and the Bidens, per prosecutors in Ukraine.

"Raskin in a statement on Tuesday called House Republicans' move "an epic humiliation" and “a frank confession that they are simply not interested in the facts and have no confidence in their own case or the ability of their own Members to pursue it,” referring to his GOP committee members, according to The Hill

“Let me get this straight,” the Maryland Democrat wrote. “After wailing and moaning for ten months about Hunter Biden and alluding to some vast unproven family conspiracy, after sending Hunter Biden a subpoena to appear and testify, Chairman [James Comer (R-Ky.)] and the Oversight Republicans now reject his offer to appear before the full Committee and the eyes of the world and to answer any questions that they pose?”

He further argued that Committee Republicans rejected the request because they feared a public hearing would show they did not have evidence to prove President Biden's wrongdoing. “What the Republicans fear most is sunlight and the truth," Raskin wrote."[2]

What the facts surrounding the Bidens have revealed is that Trump, Giuliani, the GOP, and/or others blackmailed the leader of Ukraine, to manufacture a smear campaign against the Bidens, in order to initiate a criminal and/or public prosecution of their perceived enemies (which UpRights News can prove they have done before), in order to avoid prosecution themselves (which UpRights News can also prove they did before between 2015-2023, as conveyed to the U.S. government).

In fact, those involved with the same in Ukraine, have since been rightly charged with treason, "Three Ukrainians who aided the Donald Trump campaign's efforts to discredit the Biden family have been charged with treason.

The 2019 drive was led by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was Mr Trump's personal lawyer at the time. It centered on unproven allegations that Joe Biden had corrupt dealings with Ukraine as vice-president. Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) said the three men charged were paid by Russian military intelligence (GRU).

It added that they had used a "tense political situation" to harm Ukraine's reputation abroad. The three men charged are understood to be current MP Oleksandr Dubinsky, former lawmaker Andriy Derkach and ex-prosecutor Kostyantyn Kulyk. Mr Dubinsky has denied the charges.

All three are said to be members of an agent network led by Russian Gen Vladimir Alekseyev, the deputy head of the GRU. The charges allege they pursued "information subversive activities" related to the 2020 US election and were paid $10m (£8m). The men are accused of helping to spread the falsehood that Ukraine, rather than Russia, interfered in the recent US elections.

The allegations against Mr Biden involved the business dealings of his son Hunter, who was a director of Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma. Mr. Trump and his allies suggested that Mr Biden, as Barack Obama's vice-president, encouraged the firing of Ukraine's top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, because he had been investigating Burisma.

Hunter Biden has since filed a lawsuit against Mr Giuliani for "the total annihilation" of his privacy via the former New York mayor's search for damaging information related to the Biden family. Ukrainian authorities did not explicitly identify Mr Dubinsky, instead using his alleged Russian intelligence call sign "Burtino".

However, the lawmaker identified himself in a Telegram post, saying that a court in Kyiv had ordered his detention for 60 days on the basis of the charges. Mr Dubinsky denied all wrongdoing in a series of posts on Telegram and alleged that he faced political persecution directed at him by President Volodymyr Zelensky's office. He faces 15 years in prison and the forfeiture of his assets if convicted.

Mr Derkach and Mr Kulyk fled Ukraine after Russia's invasion in 2022, the SBU said.

Mr Dubinsky, Mr Derkach and Mr Kulyk were previously sanctioned by the US government in the final days of Mr Trump's administration for their alleged efforts to undermine the 2020 election in the US.

The Treasury Department identified Mr Derkach as a Russian agent. He is named in the nearly 1,000-page report produced by the US Senate Intelligence Committee on Russia's interference in the 2016 US election.

Mr Derkach publicly met Mr Giuliani in Ukraine in 2019 as part of their effort to link Hunter Biden to corruption in Ukraine.

He also appeared with Mr Giuliani in right-wing US media ahead of the 2020 election, where they shared details of their alleged investigation.

The three men worked with Rudy Giuliani in his effort to find information in Ukraine that would discredit the Bidens.

Separately, while serving as a Ukrainian deputy prosecutor general, Mr Kulyk wrote a 2019 memo that pushed for Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden's role on Burisma's board.

It included unsupported claims that he had evidence President Joe Biden unlawfully enriched himself, which reportedly sparked Mr Giuliani's search for incriminating information in Ukraine.

Mr Giuliani, like Mr Trump, faces numerous legal issues in the US related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Mr Trump also pushed for Ukrainian lawmakers to investigate Hunter Biden, most famously in a phone call with President Zelensky."[3]

Accordingly, this is why the GOP no longer wants Hunter Biden to testify in public but behind closed doors instead, in order to conceal the ongoing treason crimes of the GOP, Donald Trump, and Rudy Giuliani, which UpRights News has been reporting on for months, and backed by the assessments of both former CIA Director John Brennan and former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner, but where our reporting has traced this ongoing treason conspiracy back to Felix Sater's emails to Michael Cohen, circa 11/03/2015, with the common purpose or meeting of the minds to illegitimately and unlawfully "engineer" Jeffrey Epstein's Trump and the GOP into power with known and provable enemies of the United States, specifically but not limited to Russia and/or 9/11's Saudis, led by ICC's child (sex) trafficker Vlad Putin, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Saudi 'royals', but not at all limited to the same, supra. Not surprisingly, since then both Trump and Guiliani have each been accused of rape, including raping a child, and/or intending to rape who was though to be a child.

As insiders to all of this, we have been reporting on Trump's and the GOP's treason for months now, and as expected, now everyone else is starting to realize the same is true, and beyond a reasonable doubt. This treason plot linked to Russia's GRU, Trump, Giuliani, the GOP, and many others, and the misprision of this treason conspiracy was overtly furthered by Russia's GRU, Trump, Giuliani, the GOP, and many others, and Trump's public comments on March 30, 2023, have specified the same are all linked to a central or broader conspiracy investigation, which Trump specified he knew about before he ran for office, as he came down the escalators of Trump Tower June 16, 2015, which Trump has spun as a witch-hunt he knew about then, and which Trump, Comey, Rosenstein, Mueller, Barr, Durham, the GOP, the SCOTUS GOP, and/or others have been RICO obstructing since then, as we have previously reported.

All of this above is just more evidence that the same is true, and really requires the DOJ to step up and charge Trump and the GOP with treason, RICO, misprision of treason, and/or obstruction of justice for related matters, and where no fewer than three Special Counsel investigations have proven the same is true in part and/or in whole, supported by the excellent work of the bipartisan January 6, 2021 Congressional Committee.

If woke culture means shedding light on the organized crimes of Trump and the GOP, it's time for the left and the right to unite against Jeffrey Epstein's billionaires' organized crime syndicate, and to get woke America.
