The unequal prosecution and death penalty of the Rosenbergs compared to Donald Trump for stealing and leaking America's nuclear secrets.

"Julius Rosenberg (May 12, 1918 – June 19, 1953) and Ethel Rosenberg (née Greenglass; September 28, 1915 – June 19, 1953) were a married couple who were convicted of spying for the Soviet Union, including providing top-secret information about American radarsonarjet propulsion engines, and nuclear weapon designs. Convicted of espionage in 1951, they were executed by the federal government of the United States in 1953 at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Ossining, New York, becoming the first American civilians to be executed for such charges and the first to be executed during peacetime.[1][2][3][4] "[2]

In contrast, during wartime with Russia in Ukraine, Donald Trump -- who was "engineered" into office in an ongoing criminal treason, sedition, elections fraud, RICO, obstruction, and/or other conspiracy with America's number one enemy, Russia --  stole top-secret information about America's nuclear weapons program and their deployment, AND Trump was warned not to steal AND not to retain the stolen top secret documents of America by more than one legal counsel -- and so he knew he was not allowed to steal the documents and stole them anyway -- and then he leaked and/or sold America's top secrets, including America's nuclear secrets to at least one foreign billionaire, Anthony Pratt, who then shared America's nuclear secrets with many others including former foreign leaders.[3][4][5][6]

"One classified document from June 2020 contained information “concerning nuclear capabilities of a foreign country”. Investigators found another undated document “concerning nuclear weaponry of the United States”."[6]

Furthermore, this isn't the first time Trump leaked America's top secrets to enemies of the United States during wartime against them.

"In May 2017, The Washington Post reported Mr Trump had reportedly revealed highly classified information about [U.S. enemy] Isis provided to the US by an American ally, to the Russian foreign minister [an enemy of the United States] and ambassador in a White House meeting.

After the meeting, White House officials took steps to contain the damage, placing calls to the CIA and National Security Agency."[7]

But these are not the only two times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime.

"In the same month, it was revealed that Mr Trump reportedly told former [dictator] Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte that the US has “two nuclear submarines” off the coast of North Korea.

“We have two submarines — the best in the world. We have two nuclear submarines, not that we want to use them at all,” Mr Trump was quoted as saying in part of a leaked telephone transcript between the pair that circulated online under a “confidential” cover sheet."[7]

But these are not the only three times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime.

"In May 2017, UK home secretary Amber Rudd criticised the Trump administration after confidential details about the Manchester Arena attack appeared to have been leaked to the media by American intelligence officers.

“So it is irritating when it gets released from other sources and I have been very clear with our friends that that should not happen again,” Ms Rudd had said."[7]

But these are not the only four times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime.

"In 2017, at a meeting with [U.S. enemy] Russian president Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G20 summit, Mr Trump reportedly took away the notes of his own interpreter and instructed the linguist not to discuss what had transpired with other administration officials [and in doing so, gave aid, comfort, and/or adhered to America's number one enemy, Russia, again].

In 2019, US officials said there is no detailed record, even in classified files, of Mr Trump’s face-to-face interactions with the Russian leader at five locations in the preceding [sic] two years."[7]

But these are not the only nine times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime (with the U.S. enemy America was at war with, including but not limited to cyberwarfare).

"In August 2019, Mr Trump tweeted a high-resolution image of the site of a failed Iranian satellite launch that was taken by a US surveillance satellite, claiming the US had nothing to do with the incident.

The image was posted shortly after Mr Trump was scheduled to receive an intelligence briefing that experts say was likely taken from briefing documents.

The tweet came a day after Iran denied that an explosion had occurred at the site."[7]

But these are not the only 10 times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime.

"In 2019, a leaked document revealed the Trump administration had approved a series of secret agreements allowing US companies to explore selling nuclear power technology to [U.S. enemy] Saudi Arabia [who were behind the 9/11 attacks on the United States, and who Trump and his daughter's family EACH later became business partners with, in a manner consistent with treason, for aiding, comforting, and/or adhering to an enemy of the United States].

The Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) said in the document that the companies had requested the Trump administration keep the approvals secret."[7]

But these are not the only 11 times Trump has leaked America's top secrets during wartime.

"In February 2022, as the Jan 6 committee investigating last year’s insurrection poured through records from the Trump administration, it emerged that the National Archives had recovered multiple boxes of official paperwork Mr Trump had transported to his residence at Mar-a-Lago – including “love letters” between the former president and [U.S. enemy] North Korean leader Kim Jong-un [who Trump also adhered to, comforted, and/or aided in a manner consistent with treason]."[7]

Per Cornell Law, espionage or leaking America's top secrets, including to enemies of the United States is punishable by the death penalty, which is why the Rosenbergs were executed, "Espionage is the crime of spying or secretly watching a person, company, government, etc. for the purpose of gathering secret information or detecting wrongdoing, and to transfer such information to another organization or state. The act of industrial espionage is a separate crime in many jurisdictions and is the taking of one company’s secret information to benefit another company. For example: Company A sends undercover workers to Company B to steal Company B’s trade secrets and to use those secrets for their own advancement.

The United States Code also provides that a person attempting to communicate with any foreign government about the United States’ national defense will be punished by death or by imprisonment under 18 U.S.C. §794."[10]

And these aren't the only times Trump committed treason against the United States.

Trump, the GOP, Trump Tower tenants, and/or their organized crime syndicate conspired to commit treason with U.S. enemy Russia in an ongoing manner beginning with the treason and elections fraud email solicitation of Felix Sater to Trump's Michael Cohen 11/03/2015, a treason plot that was furthered by Mike Flynn December 2015, then furthered by Putin in January 2016 who approved the same, then by Trump and the GOP at the Mayflower Hotel April 27, 2016, then by Trump Organization, Alfa Bank, and Spectrum Health between May 2016 and August 2016, then by the Trump's family and the GOP at the Trump Tower meeting of June o9, 2016, then by Mike Flynn, Trump, and the GOP December 2016, but not limited to the same.[3]

According to former CIA Director John Brennan, Trump committed treason.[8]

According to former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirchner Trump committed treason on January 6, 2021 when he and other enemies of the United States attempted to overtly further Felix Sater's and Putin's 2015-2016 treason conspiracy to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into offices they were not eligible to run for having committed treason with Russia between 2015-2106.[9]

Per Cornell Law, "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."[11]

The Rosenbergs were arrested in 1950, prosecuted in 1951, and put to death in 1953 for stealing and/or leaking America's top secrets to Russia.

Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump hasn't been investigated, arrested, prosecuted, and/or convicted of the same, in part because of other enemies of the United States RICO obstructing justice to give aid, comfort, and/or adhere to U.S. enemy and agent of Russia and/or 9/11's Saudis, Donald Trump, which is treason and misprision of treason for any person giving aid, comfort, and/or adhering to U.S. enemy and Russian/Saudi agent, Donald Trump.

Accordingly, there is an unequal application of the law here allowing U.S. enemy Donald Trump to evade investigation, prosecution, conviction, and the death penalty here for having engaged in the same sort of conduct that the Rosenbergs were arrested for, prosecuted, convicted, and put to death for, and yet Trump engaged in epsionage and treason much, much more than the Rosenbergs, and with more than one U.S. enemy during wartime.  Similarly, there is an unequal application of the law here allowing those giving aid, comfort, and/or adhering to U.S. enemy Donald Trump of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, to continue to do so without arrest, prosecution, conviction, and the death penalty.

Also very interesting, it was Trump's former attorney, Roy Cohn, linked to organized crime in America, who had the Rosenbergs executed, whereafter Cohn would teach Donald Trump how to commit organized crimes and how to get away with the same.[2][12][13]
