MITCH MCCONNELL ESTABLISHED THAT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY "JUDGE SHOPPED" AS A RICO TACTIC
This week, one of America's greatest enemies, Mitch McConnell, complained against the Judicial Conference, because of their expressed interest in ending a corrupt practice known as "judge shopping", where corrupt people with corrupt agendas like McConnell and Trump could bring their legal issues to judges they helped appoint, nominate, and/or confirm to shop a favorable and thus corrupt outcome.
As summarized by MSN and Salon Magazine, "Plaintiffs will no longer be able to choose which judge hears their case due to a policy announced this week that will enforce random judge selection in civil suits that pertain to national legislation. The policy will limit the practice of “judge-shopping” — a tactic long utilized by litigants to effectively guarantee favorable outcomes, according to Politico.
Prior to the policy’s announcement, plaintiffs have been able to cherry-pick judges sympathetic to their cause, but the new policy will enforce random judge selection in cases involving national and state-wide policy implementation.
This move, hailed as a win by Democrats, aims to promote impartiality and reduce bias in the court systems. “Judge-shopping” has long been utilized by Republicans, who pick single-judge judicial districts with conservative inclinations. Random judge selection will not be geographically restricted and judges will be chosen randomly from any of the 94 federal judicial districts. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., criticized the new policy, calling it “half-baked ‘guidance’ that just does Washington Democrats’ bidding," according to NBC News. McConnell and other Republicans have urged judges nationwide to resist the policy, claiming it will “shut down access to justice in the venues favored by conservatives.”"[2]
McConnell played a key role in the ongoing conspiracy between the failed billionaire experiment, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, David Bossie, Citizen's United, SCOTUS, Trump, the GOP, and/or others to allow billionaires to unlawfully bribe every level of government, in the unlawful Citizen's United ruling by SCOTUS, who unlawfully-legalized impeachable bribery, racketeering, and corruption, and who then allowed themselves, Congress, POTUS, and many others to be bribed, bought, sold, and/or influenced, and who then lied about the same later. In addition to all of the examples of Trump, Guiliani, William Barr, the GOP, and/or others blackmailing, bribing, judge shopping, influencing, and/or coercing others, for example but not limited to in Ukraine, in order to RICO obstruct, corrupt, and/or to engage in influence and/or racketeering to further the ongoing organized crimes of Trump, Guiliani, William Barr, the GOP, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, the failed billionaire experiment, Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States -- Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit financed groups like Turning Point USA and Project Veritas, who have since been implicated in all sorts of wrongdoing, including but not limited to stalking, entrapping, and wrongfully-prosecuting those trying to elucidate, slow, stop, seek justice for, and/or prosecute the overlapping and ongoing complex organized crimes of Trump, Guiliani, William Barr, the GOP, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, the failed billionaire experiment, Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States. Taken collectively, not only was the GOP stalking, entrapping, and wrongfully prosecuting those they perceived could hold them accountable for their crimes -- for example but not limited to the Editor of UpRights News as specified across our reporting, and in particular in our Crossfire Hurricane Origins section -- but GOP financiers linked to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit also conspired with GOP operatives across many different organizations to stalk, entrap, and wrongfully prosecute those trying to hold the GOP linked to Jeffrey Epstein, their financiers linked to Jeffrey Epstein, and the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein accountable -- for example but not limited to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate's financing of the Federalist Society (along with Russia's Cambridge Analytica's Mercer family) who hand-picked 6 out of 9 GOP SCOTUS justices, who then refused to hear a major case on behalf of the child rape and sex trafficking victims of Jeffrey Epstein, and who have since gone on to protect Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump from both prosecution and removal from the ballot, but who had to violate the Constitution and their oaths to do the same.

On 03/30/2023, Donald Trump specified that he knew of an investigation or "witch-hunt" into him, the GOP, Russia, and/or others linked to the crimes he was being prosecuted for, and that he knew about this investigation or "witch-hunt" into him BEFORE he announced to the public that he was running for office.
UpRights News and our Editor have since been able to elucidated beyond a reasonable doubt that the investigation Trump specified he knew about BEFORE he ran for office, was the pro se qui tam of the Editor of UpRights News -- elucidating the ongoing organized crimes between the GOP, Russians, oligarchs operating in Russia, and Trump Tower tenants -- which was stalked, cyberstalked, cyberattacked, lynched, unlawfully-seized, and RICO obstructed by the Russian Federation, Rosneft's Alfa Bank's former advisor George Fomitchev, California/Sacramento GOP/RNC, Trump orbit, and/or other agents of Russia, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia bribing the Editor of UpRights News, between at least 10/20/2013 and 09/21/2014 (and where Lev Parnas' lawyers threatened the GOP, Trump, Pence, Rosenstein, Mueller, Barr, and/or others with the 09/21 date after the DOJ arrested Parnas), and thereafter, as specified across our reporting, supra.
As specified directly and indirectly to U.S. law enforcement, we can prove that Russia, the GOP, and Trump orbit stalked, entrapped, and wrongfully prosecuted the Editor of UpRights News, and we can prove that the CA/Sacramento GOP/RNC "judge shopped" this wrongful prosecution, and now we can prove that this was part of a broader pattern of RICO criminal misconduct by the GOP and Trump orbit, who were stalking, entrapping, wrongfully prosecuting, and judge shopping their matters to corrupt judges and prosecutors willing to further ongoing organized crimes against ordinary Americans in order to RICO obstruct justice for enemies of the United States, including but not limited to Russia, the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, the crime syndicate of Donald Trump and the GOP, but not limited to the same.
STALKING, ENTRAPMENT, WRONGFUL PROSECUTION, RICO OBSTRUCTION, LYNCHING, PREEMPTIVE DEFAMATION, WITNESS INTIMIDATION, VICTIM INTIMIDATION, AND GOVERNMENT INFORMANT INTIMIDATION ARE ALL PART OF TRUMP'S PATTERN OF "ATTACK THEM IN SPADES" REVENGE AGAINST THOSE TRYING TO HOLD TRUMP, THE GOP, JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S CRIME SYNDICATE, RUSSIA, AND OTHER ENEMIES OF THE UNITED STATES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ONGOING AND OVERLAPPING CRIMES AGAINST AMERICA AND AMERICANS
As Trump's attorney Michael Cohen specified about Trump's anti-Christian lust for revenge, "Cohen also writes about Trump's desire, expressed behind closed doors, to destroy those who offend him. Trump has said the same, though less vividly, in public."I love getting even," Trump declared in his book Think Big, espousing his anti-Christian philosophy: "Go for the jugular. Attack them in spades!""[12]
Trump has repeatedly threatened the victims of his crime and their families with death and other harm, as specified in the lawsuit of Katie Johnson, who accused Trump of gang raping her with Jeffrey Epstein as a child, whereafter Trump threw money and told her to get a "fucking abortion" per the lawsuit. [15]
Taken collectively, by January 2013, the Editor of UpRights News, a doctorate of law student and separately a university professor at the time, had started researching and writing the largest pro se qui tam civil complaint investigation in U.S. history, implicating Trump Organization (for their harm against the relator circa June 22, 2007), Trump Tower tenants (who later conspired with Russia after the investigation of the Editor was lynched by Sacramento/CA GOP), Russia (who cyberattacked the investigation in an act of cyberwarfare and cyberterrorism by 10/20/2013, and who then conspired with Sacramento/CA GOP proxies by April 2014 to break into the office of the Editor, in an attempt to remove and destroy the investigation), resulting in Sacramento/CA GOP stalking, entrapping, and wrongfully prosecuting the Editor of UpRights News with a DUI they manufactured at the home of William Skeeters in the presence of Steve Carrozzo, U2 fighter jet pilot, a GOP lobbyist, and others, when the Editor was asked to stay in the guest room 09/20/2014, to be able to be fed drinks by them, only for the offer for the bedroom to be reneged by midnight at the end of the party, and where no taxi would come to bring the Editor home. All of this resulted in Sacramento Police (who the Editor had worked with and later implicated in the qui tam) unlawfully pulling the Editor over, unlawfully searching him, unlawfully seizing his much advanced investigation into the ongoing organized crimes they had been implicated in, and then providing the same to a GOP-controlled facility of Scott Jones, a professed "staunch supporter of Trump" by 09/21/2014.[11]
This was followed by Rosneft's Alfa Bank's Fomitchev stalking and bribing the Editor (not to come forward) between December 2014 and at least April 2016. When the Russian bribe on behalf of Russian oligarchs linked to Rosneft's Alfa Bank was refused, Trump met with Russia's Ambassador weeks later on the Editor's birthday (having previously run for office with the GOP from Trump Tower on the birthday of the daughter of the Editor) at the Mayflower Hotel (named after the Editor's family's famous voyage), when Trump, the GOP/RNC, CA/Sacramento GOP/RNC, and/or Russia discussed how Trump, the GOP/RNC, CA/Sacramento GOP/RNC, and/or Russia could give aid, comfort, and/or adhere to established U.S. enemy Russia, Rosneft, and/or Alfa Bank, by at least helping Russia(ns) to drop sanctions (which made them U.S. enemies, but so did Cozy Bear, FSB, and GRU cyberwarfare) against Alfa Bank's Rosneft, where after Trump Tower servers connected with Alfa Bank's servers, employed as a cryptic communications backchannel, and were the dropping of sanctions to aid U.S. enemy Russia, and the sale of Rosneft were just some of the terms of the broader treason, RICO, and elections fraud conspiracy between all of these enemies of the United States.[11]
This all perfectly explains why Trump, the GOP, Kash Patel, and others in the Sacramento area (in particular tenants of Trump-visited McClellan Park) thereafter and almost daily for years stalked and intimidated the Editor, cyberstalked the Editor, cyberattacked the Editor, threatened the Editor with deadly weapons (after threatening the Editor with death on video and audio in the GOP-controlled facility of Scott Jones, which came minutes before the Editor was tortured from behind, while bound from behind, and why that Brady evidence was refused by the GOP prosecutors and sheriff, to manufacture a guaranteed conviction of the original investigator in what would become Crossfire Hurricane investigation a year later), threatened the Editor with other criminal threats (more wrongful prosecution and lawsuits, blackmail, and intimidation), and why the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein linked to Trump repeatedly interfered with the economic activity of the Editor -- attacking the Editor "in spades" or excessively, because the Editor's lynched investigation could prove that Trump, Trump Tower tenants, the GOP/RNC, Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC, Russia, oligarchs operating in Russia, and/or others had conspired with one another and other enemies of the United States before and after Trump ran for office on the Editor's daughter's birthday, and before and after Trump and the GOP were "engineered" into power over America's legal system.[11][13]
All of the same perfectly explains why the champion of Crossfire Hurricane, Senator Feinstein, wanted to meet twice with the family members of the Editor in person, and did around the time Trump was being impeached, and all of the same perfectly explains why Bill Barr, Jeb Bush, G.W. Bush, Trump's General H.R. McMaster also infiltrated and/or met personally with the family members of the Editor, and why Harlan Crow did also, and whereafter SCOTUS (being bribed in part by Harland Crow) corruptly violated their oaths of office, violated the Constitution, and violated the duties of their office to keep Trump on the ballot and/or to grant him immunity he disqualified himself from, and where SCOTUS also dismantled or weakened whistleblower laws specified in the GOP stalked, lynched, and RICO obstructed (including by SCOTUS) pro se qui tam of the Editor -- in order to overtly further the treason, elections fraud, and RICO obstruction and corruption conspiracy with enemies of the United States, including but not limited to Russia, Rosneft, Alfa Bank, Donald Trump, the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, the failed billionaire experiment, the GOP/RNC, Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC and/or others.[11]
It is also important to note that Clarence Thomas, who was bribed and corrupted by Harlan Crow, and then lied about the same, also attended the social club of the family of the Editor, where G.W. Bush, Jeb Bush, Harland Crow, H.R. McMaster, and Bill Barr infiltrated and/or met with the family of the Editor, before and/or after SCOTUS dismantled the whistleblower laws specified in the Russia and GOP stalked and lynched qui tam. And where the whistleblower laws aren't the only part of the qui tam SCOTUS dismantled in violation of their oaths and their duties and their perjured nomination and confirmation statements, in a manner that strongly proposes that SCOTUS has a copy of the lynched investigation to have dismantled so much of the same since it was lynched by Sacramento/CA GOP, and also perfectly explains why SCOTUS is now violating their oaths, their duties, and the Constitution in a "radical" manner by not removing him from the ballot in violation of the 14th Amendment, and why they are considering providing him immunity, so that Trump's post 2024 DOJ won't physically remove SCOTUS for impersonating officers, and have them put to death for treason against the United States.[6][7][11]
They are in sense being their own judges in their own cases by not disqualifying Trump (who wasn't qualified to appoint 3 SCOTUS) for self-executing laws that disqualified Trump, the GOP, and all of SCOTUS from public office, a criminal conspiracy which they will further once they provide Trump immunity for the crimes they also furthered like getaway drivers of a bank/elections heist, meant to further U.S. enemy Russia's conspiracy to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into power, so that Trump, the GOP, Russia, usurpers of SCOTUS, and other enemies of the United States can remain "above the law" by way of this complex and ongoing RICO criminal conspiracy, is a reasonable inference. It would be a frivolous conspiracy to suggest that any to all of this was a coincidence, because it isn't, but rather the same forms a pattern of an ongoing criminal conspiracy that fits perfectly into a resolved puzzle of ongoing organized crime by enemies of the United States seeking control over the justice system to continue their crimes, and to continue to evade prosecution, liability, and/or the death penalty, as a matter of U.S. law.
Accordingly, the GOP's Mitch McConnell's admission to the GOP's "judge shopping" and/or McConnell's objection to ending "judge shopping" is yet another independent verification of what the Editor of UpRights News could already prove, that he was preemptively and intentionally defamed by Trump, the GOP, and/or others because they conspired with U.S. enemy Russia to lynch the largest pro se quit tam in U.S. history implicating Trump Organization, Trump Tower tenants, the GOP/RNC, Russia, Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, and/or other enemies of the United States, and in a manner that disqualified them all from public office before, and after Trump ran for office, and/or before and after U.S. enemy Russia engineered Trump and the GOP into power in 2016.
Their continued stalking, retaliation, intimidation, interference with economic activity, preemptive defamation, and/or threats against the Editor of UpRights News only reinforces that he was right all along, since at least 2013, perfectly explaining why Trump ran for office, conspired with Russia, and why they became radicalized as the U.S. government and investigative journalists filled in the blanks of the investigation of the Editor, since communicated directly and indirectly to the government.
