WHAT'S A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER USING A BIOLOGICAL AGENT?

According to Cornell Law, "Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act, along with an intent to achieve the agreement's goal."[2] According to Cornell Law, "Murder occurs when one human being unlawfully kills another human being."[3] According to Cornell Law, "First-Degree Murder includes: Willful, deliberate, and premeditated murder"[3] According to Cornell Law, "18 U.S. Code § 178 - Definitions: (1)(A) the term “biological agent” means any microorganism (including, but not limited to, bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiae or protozoa), or infectious substance, or any naturally occurring, bioengineered or synthesized component of any such microorganism or infectious substance, capable of causing death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human, an animal, a plant, or another living organism"[4]

Therefore, a conspiracy to murder in the first-degree with a biological agent occurs when two or more people commit to willful, deliberate, and premediated murder with a biological agent, and where a virus is a biological agent.

More simply, if two or more people conspire to murder others with a virus in a deliberate manner, they are guilty of murder in the first-degree.

RUSSIA'S AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY USED TAXPAYER FUNDS TO DEVELOP BIOWEAPONS BEGINNING IN 2017 AFTER CROSSFIRE HURRICANE BEGAN TO INVESTIGATE THE CONSPIRACY BY TRUMP, THE GOP, AND RUSSIA TO ENGINEER TRUMP INTO OFFICE IN ORDER TO AID, COMFORT, AND ADHERE TO AN ENEMY OF THE UNITED STATES

In our investigative journalism series Epstein's "Commonwealth" we explored if Trump, the GOP, and Russia engaged in an ongoing conspiracy to commit treason, elections fraud, and/or other organized crimes against the United States, by conspiring to adhere, aid, and/or comfort U.S. enemy Russia in 2016, by Trump, and/or the GOP helping U.S. enemy Russia by conspiring to drop sanctions or the enemy listing of Russia, here.

Before and after Russia, Trump, and the GOP conspired to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into office, they were being investigated for the same by July 2016 by Senator Feinstein and/or the FBI via Crossfire Hurricane, which became the basis for the Mueller Investigation, the 1st Impeachment of Trump, and the Durham Investigation, and where all to most of these investigations were corrupted, limited in scope, minimized, mischaracterized, abused, and/or obstructed by largely to exclusively republicans James Comey, Donald Trump, Rod Rosenstein, William Barr, Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, John Durham (Marcy Wheeler of Empty Wheel became an expert on the corruption of John Durham), Robert Mueller, the GOP/RNC, and/or others, in order to keep the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein and child trafficker Vladimir Putin in power over investigations into their organized crimes within the United States, and where many of the Trump family's adults had been named as clients, associates, contacts, affiliates, financiers, VIPs, and/or friends in the operational contact book or "black book" of child kidnapper, child sex trafficker, and child rapist Jeffrey Epstein, along with more than 1,900 other people and organizations, which under the auspices of Robert Mueller and G.W. Bush during the G.W. Bush administration, were not properly investigated and/or not prosecuted, and in violation of the victims rights, who may number as many as 1,900 or much, much more.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11] 

More simply, because they weren't prosecuted, and because the same included Donald J. Trump, and because Robert Mueller was a client of the Trump family as a member of his golf course, it shouldn't shock anyone that he was hand-picked to investigate Trump, the GOP, and Russia, and that he couldn't under Barr and Trump conclude a conspiracy existed between them despite presenting evidence that a conspiracy existed between them.[9][13]

Here it is important to note that William Barr was the son of Donald Barr, who is who groomed Jeffrey Epstein, and that under the auspices of Jeffrey Epstein's Trump, and Donald Barr's Bill Barr, Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell, which an independent autopsy ruled was consistent with strangulation, but like for more many crimes of this orbit, history was revised to echo it was a suicide, despite evidence of a strangulation, and where Epstein's cell mate had engaged in extreme violence before and was a former officer, and where a huge number of checks and balances had to be violated in order for Epstein to be killed before he could provide testimony under the auspices of Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump and his Attorney General, the son of the man who groomed Jeffrey Epstein at Dalton private school for children, without the proper credentials, and where Donald Barr wrote Space Relations, a pedophile fantasy book about global elites who rape sex trafficked children in outer space where the authorities can't stop them. Res ispa loquitur malum in se -- this naturally-evil situation speaks for itself.[8][14][15][16][17]

Accordingly, because of increasing evidence of Trump's and Epstein's organized crimes, including with Russia, after Trump "took" office -- Trump, the GOP, Russia, the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein, and their proxies needed to manufacture huge distractions and misinformation to be able to obstruct and evade enormous historical, criminal, and civil investigations, prosecutions, and liability -- and so in all of that context -- the GOP's Trump used taxpayer funds to develop a bioweapon considered so dangerous that its development was stopped by the Obama and Biden administration, who had the common sense and humanity to do so.

More specifically, on December 19, 2017, the GOP's, Russia's, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Trump administration lifted the moratorium on taxpayer funding of bioweapons while Trump, his family, their organizations, the GOP, and/or Russians were under criminal and/or other investigations.[18]

Note above that gain-of-function is another term for bioweapon, because what they do is make already harmful viruses more lethal, and also note that Russia's, GOP's, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's NIH administration specified that they were lifting the moratorium or halt to bioweapons research safeguarded by Obama and Biden, specifically for SARS "potential pandemic viruses", promising towards the bottom of the page to "help to facilitate the safe, secure, and responsible conduct of this type of [bioweapons] research in a manner that maximes the benefits to public health".

What a laugh of a statement in retrospect, or more accurate what a sad statement in retrospect, because they did the exact opposite, and millions of people were killed, and trillions of dollars on taxpayer funds were siphoned.

Not surprisingly, the bioweapons research that Russia's, GOP's, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's NIH administration wanted desperately to develop in America included the SARS pandemic virus, and COVID-19 is a SARS pandemic virus, see below.

TRUMP'S GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN SPECIFIED THAT HE LEARNED THAT THE COVID BIOWEAPON WAS INTENTIONALLY RELEASED BY THE GLOBAL ELITES 

As part of the intelligence community, Trump's General Michael Flynn specified that the COVID bioweapon that Russia's, GOP's, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's NIH administration wanted desperately to develop in America was intentionally released thereafter.[18]

It is important to note that this isn't the "radical left" specifying this. This is Trump's own military general specifying that the COVID bioweapon that the GOP and Trump wanted developed was intentionally released.

Accordingly, this is testimony of intent by a Trump and GOP "insider" with respect to a conspiracy to commit first-degree murder using a biological weapon, specifically the COVID-19 SARS virus, which Russia's, GOP's, and/or Jeffrey Epstein's Trump's NIH administration wanted desperately to develop in America, and promised to be responsible and to keep it safe, later intentionally released, and where the same resulted in the deaths of over 1 million Americans, and almost 7 million other people, and where there is no statute of limitation for murder.

RUSSIA'S, GOP'S, AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TRUMP'S PAUL ALEXANDER SPECIFIED THAT THEY INTENTIONALLY WANTED TO INFECT (AND THUS KILL) AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE

DID RUSSIA'S, GOP'S, AND/OR JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TRUMP BOTH  INVEST IN AND MARKET THE COVID PANDEMIC RESPONSE, WHILE INTENTIONALLY-INFECTING OTHERS, WHILE MINIMIZING THE DANGER OF THE PANDEMIC AND WOULD THAT HAVE INFECTED MORE PEOPLE, SO THAT THOSE INVESTED IN THE COVID RESPONSE LIKE DONALD TRUMP WOULD MAKE ENORMOUS PROFITS OFF THE INFECTION AND MURDER OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS AND OTHER PEOPLE WORLDWIDE?

Donald Trump did both invest in hydroxychloroquine and market hydroxychloroquine, while he minimized the dangers of the COVID pandemic, and that would have allowed more people to become infected, and thus require the treatment Donald Trump invested in and then marketed, and where the treatment he was marketing was unproven, and so people may have been killed by his intentional infection of others with COVID, and his intentional minimization of the danger of the pandemic, and people may have been killed by taking the unproven medicine he was marketing, which he was invested in, in what may be a murder-for-profit criminal conspiracy to murder American citizens as an agent of Russia, "engineered" into office by Russia, giving aid, comfort, and/or adhering to established U.S. enemy Russia, by murdering American citizens for profit, or not. DID RUSSIA'S, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY'S, AND/OR JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S DONALD J. TRUMP PUT HIS FAMILY MEMBERS IN CHARGE OF COVID RESPONSE TAXPAYER FUNDS AND DID TRUMP'S FAMILY RECEIVE ANY OF THE COVID RESPONSE FUNDS THEY MANAGED AFTER TRUMP INTENTIONALLY INFECTED AS MANY AMERICANS AS POSSIBLE TO CREATE THE FUNDS?

Russia's, the Republican Party's, and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald J. Trump did put his family members in charge of COVID response funds even though none of them were medical doctors, and they did provide themselves COVID response funds they managed, after Trump intentionally infected as many Americans as possible to be able to create COVID response funds.

More specifically, as reported by Katherine Eban, September 17, 2020, at Vanity Fair -- Russia's, the Republican Party's, and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald J. Trump did put his family members in charge of COVID response, specifically Jared Kushner, who refused to coordinate a response to COVID as expected, and who prioritized COVID response to Republican states, which in effect guaranteed a compromised COVID response to Democratic states, literally depriortizing or punishing Democratic states with an increased chance of death by COVID, while intentionally trying to infect as many people as possible, in what could easily be argued as a criminal conspiracy to murder Democrats across the United States, and yet Kushner did not have medical credentials to lead that effort.[22] 

However, while depriortizing Americans in states that didn't vote for Trump, in what could be argued as an effort to murder Democrats -- Russia's Trump and Kushner made it a priority to allocate American taxpayer funds to provide COVID response to Russia, giving aid, comforting, and adhering to Russia, but not to Americans, as arguably overt furtherance of the ongoing conspiracy to commit sedition and treason against the United States and our people by agents of our greatest enemy, Russia, who installed a puppet leadership Russian agents (the GOP and Trump, who installed Kushner) to facilitate our execution to aid, comfort, and aid Russia, in the context of Make America Great Again?[23]

It is unclear how denying Americans who paid for a COVID response from effective leadership, and who were denied the same in order to provide those $3.46 million American tax dollars to our greatest enemy, Russia, in a manner that could easily be argued as resulting in our deaths and saving the lives of our enemies made America great again. It could be argued that this was an anti-American murder conspiracy by agents of the greatest enemy of the United States, for the benefit of our greatest enemy, Russia.

If this isn't treason against the American people and the United States, then what the hell is? 

And yet in the United States, Americans were dying because they couldn't access ventilators, which were in critical need and scare under the management of the Republican Party's and Russia's Trump and Kushner, who preferred to give ventilators to Russia, contributing to and causing critical supply shortages in the United States, resulting in the most deaths in the world occurring in the US, whose population is dwarfed by the likes of China and India, who proportionately should have led in COVID deaths, but didn't under Russia's Republican Party, Trump, and Kushner, who conspired to help Russia with American tax dollars at the cost of the lives of the American people.[24]

Similarly, Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump installed his daughter, Jeffrey Epstein's Ivanka Trump, married to Kushner, to oversee COVID response funds to businesses, including Trump and Kushner family business tenants, who then could better afford to pay rent to the Trump and Kushner families.[25]

But Trump and Kushner crime family tenants were not the only ones that the Russia's GOP/RNC, Trump, and/or Kushner organized crime syndicate financed, they also financed themselves, because of course they did, after intentionally infecting as many people as possible, while invested in the response, while directing the funds for the response, including to themselves.[26][27]

And then what was the follow-up to these PPP "loan" programs financed by American taxpayers, you guessed it, loan forgiveness, and you guess it "hundreds of billions" in PPP fraud under the watch of the Trump and Kushner crime families, because of course, and where those hundreds of billions could have been used to save the lives of over a million Americans instead, but who needs to save life or stop murder, when hundreds of billions are available to be defrauded, right?[28][29]

DID RUSSIA'S, GOP'S, AND/OR JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY MURDER OVER ONE MILLION AMERICANS IN THE FIRST-DEGREE, TO AID, COMFORT, AND ADHERE TO RUSSIA, AS AGENTS OF RUSSIA?

After Felix Sater solicited Michael Cohen by email November 2015 to get Trump and Putin to agree to join and overtly further an ongoing organized criminal conspiracy to overthrow the United States by way of ongoing conspiracy spokes to further treason, sedition, elections fraud, RICO, obstruction, bribery, witness intimidation, and/or other organized crimes, then by January 2016, Putin agreed to do the same, and then sent Russian Ambassador Kislyak to meet with the GOP/RNC and Trump at the Mayflower Hotel April 27, 2016, where they discussed terms of the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the United States, including removing Russia(ns) from the sanctions list, but not limited to the same, and by June 9, 2016, Trump's family and campaign manager met at Trump Tower with a lawyer for the Russians to overtly further that aid, comfort, and adherence to an established enemy of the United States, specifically Russia.[5]

Once Trump and the GOP had been "engineered" into office by Russia as part of these ongoing criminal conspiracy spokes, they then conspired to direct taxpayer funds to develop SARS and other pandemic bioweapons, which was/were intentionally released per General Mike Flynn, who specified COVID was released to be able cover-up the stolen election, and who specified it was released by the global elite (crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein), and per Paul Alexander was intentionally spread to infect (and thus kill) as many people as possible, and where SARS pandemic viruses were known to kill, and where gain-of-function engineered bioweapons were engineered to infect and kill even more people, resulting in or contributing to the murder of over 1 million Americans and almost 7 million people in total, defrauding Americans hundreds of billions of dollars, and where the countries with the greatest access to medicine and vaccines had among the greatest number of deaths, and the (mostly African) countries with the least access to medicine and vaccines had among the least number of deaths, when those with the most access to medical care and vaccines should have in theory had the least number of deaths, as further evidence supporting the intentional murder of millions of people one way or another.
