Is Russia's Republican Party the treasonous "enemy from within" after they vacated the top leadership positions of the Army, Navy, Marines, and blocked 301 military promotions during wartime with Russia?

THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF TREASON

According to Cornell Law, per 18 U.S.C. 2381, "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)"[2]

THE ALLEGIANCE OWED BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES PER THEIR OATHS

Per the oath every member of Congress has to take as a prerequisite to their employment as employees of the United States, "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”[3]

RUSSIA AS AN ESTABLISHED ENEMY OF THE UNITED STATES DUE TO THEIR CYBERWAREFARE AGAINST THE UNITED STATES MILITARY, ENERGY, COMMUNICATIONS, AND ECONOMIC INSTITUTIONS, AND THEIR ENEMY STATUS DURING THE COLD WAR, AND ALSO HAVING ALLIED WITH HITLER AND THE NAZIS

As specified in the below image, Russia as a long history of being a cyberwarfare "enemy of the United States", and this list doesn't include Russia as an ally to Hitler and the Nazis for the first two years of WWII, nor their enemy status during the "Cold War" under the U.S.S.R., during which time child trafficker Vladimir Putin was part of the KGB, and so Putin has been an enemy of the United States since at least the days of the U.S.S.R.[4][5][6][7][8]

More specifically, in 1999, 2008, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, and/or 2021 the Russian military engaged in cyberwarefare against the U.S. military, the Pentagon, NASA, White House, State Department, the National Nuclear Security Administration, the Commerce Department, the Treasury Department, the Department of Energy, U.S. other government agencies, the communications and energy infrastructures of the United States, the elections of the United States, three political parties in the United States, and/or U.S. universities within the United using state-sponsored hackers.  

THE TREASON OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND DONALD TRUMP 04/27/2016 AT THE MAYFLOWER HOTEL, BASED ON THE NOVEMBER 2015 SEDITION, TREASON, AND ELECTIONS CONSPIRACY OF FELIX SATER, MICHAEL COHEN, PUTIN, RUSSIA, RUSSIANS, THE GOP/RNC, SACRAMENTO/CA GOP, TRUMP, TRUMP'S FAMILY, THE TRUMP ORGANIZATION, MIKE FLYNN, PAUL MANAFORT, AND/OR OTHERS

As reported by journalists and attorney Charles Firth and Seth Abramson -- and by many others -- the Republican Party, Donald Trump, Sacramento/CA GOP/RNC's Devin Nunes, and/or others conspired to a complex treason and elections fraud conspiracy by at least April 27, 2016 -- one that also involved giving aid, comfort, and adhering to Russia, by helping them evade and/or drop sanctions against them, selling some of energy company Rosneft, sex trafficking children from Ukraine to Russia and then from Russia to Trump Tower to Jeffrey Epstein's Trump family, but not limited to the same, in exchange for Putin and Russia agreeing to use the Russian military to "engineer" Trump/GOP into office, then also obstructing justice for all of the same thereafter, including by stalking and intimidating witnesses, investigators, journalists, U.S. law enforcement, university professors and educators, members of Congress, setting up backchannel communications, and/or other schemes, in exchange for ICC's child trafficker Putin to agree by January 2016 to Felix Sater's November 2015 treason and elections fraud conspiracy that he could get Putin, Russia, and/or others to "engineer" Trump/GOP into office, pitched to Trump's attorney, Michael Cohen, furthered by Trump's advisor Michael Flynn who met with Putin December 2015, furthered by Trump, the GOP, Nunes, Trump's family, and/or others April 27, 2016, at the Mayflower Hotel, then furthered by the Trump campaign, Trump family, and Russians June 9, 2016 at the infamous Trump Tower meeting, then furthered by Trump asking Russia to engage in cyberwarfare against the United States in his "Russia are you listening speech", and furthered by Paul Manafort who gave U.S. polling data to Russia's military's GRU's Kilimnik, and then furthered by Russia who did breach every states' voting systems, and then furthered by Trump and the GOP transition team who dropped the sanctions, allowed for Rosneft to be sold, but not limited to the same -- is a reasonable inference based on the evidence.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] 

AFTER FURTHERING AN ONGOING TREASON CONSPIRACY WITH RUSSIA, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY BLOCKED 301 MILITARY PROMOTIONS, AND THE TOP LEADERSHIP POSITIONS OF THE U.S. ARMY, U.S. NAVY, U.S. MARINES, TO CRIPPLE THE U.S. MILITARY DURING WARTIME WITH RUSSIA IN UKRAINE, TO GIVE AID, COMFORT, AND TO ADHERE TO RUSSIA, AN ESTABLISHED ENEMY OF THE UNITED STATES

Since then, the Republican Party has blocked at least 301 military promotions and vacated the top leadership positions for not just the army, not just the navy, but also the marines, for the first time in American history.[15][17]

DISPARAGING THE UNITED STATES MILITARY IS ALSO TREASON

As specified by Trump's formerly most loyal attorney, Michael Cohen, Trump refused to visit a cemetery of our fallen brave soldiers of World War II, because he didn't want to mess up his hair, and because he viewed fallen American military and naval heroes as "suckers" and "losers, which of course would reasonably impair, or influence the loyalty, or morale of the military or naval forces of the United States, if their Commander-in-chief, who expected them to put their lives at risk, considered them "suckers" and "losers", if active members of the armed forces paid the ultimate sacrifice to our country by dying in defense of our country.[16] 

Accordingly, per 18 U.S.C. Chapter 115, Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities -- §2387 Activities affecting armed forces generally -- "(a) Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States:

(1) advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States; or

(2) distributes or attempts to distribute any written or printed matter which advises, counsels, or urges insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces of the United States—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

(b) For the purposes of this section, the term "military or naval forces of the United States" includes the Army of the United States, the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, and Coast Guard Reserve of the United States; and, when any merchant vessel is commissioned in the Navy or is in the service of the Army or the Navy, includes the master, officers, and crew of such vessel."

Here it is important to note that there are others who are defenders of the United States of America in a parallel manner to the U.S. armed forces, who could readily argue that if anyone in the military violated any of this law in order to further or to obstruct justice for treason against the United States, that they too might be found guilty of this treason, also overlapping with the following.

CONCEALING TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES, WHICH INCLUDES REFUSING TO MEET WITH WITNESSES OR CALL UPON WITNESSES WHO MAY HAVE EVIDENCE OF TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES, TO COMMIT MISPRISION OF TREASON, IS ALSO TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES

Accordingly, per 18 U.S.C. Chapter 115, Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities -- §2382, Misprision of Treason, "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both."

Accordingly, Felix Sater, Michael Cohen, Vladimir Putin, Russia, Donald Trump, his family, their organizations, their attorneys, Mike Flynn, Paul Manafort, Devin Nunes, Jeff Sessions, Robert Mueller, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, William Barr, insurrectionists, fake electors, and/or any other person who knew about any part of the ongoing treason conspiracy hatched by all of these people and organizations, and who didn't charge any of them with treason is also guilty of treason, and where anyone engaged in witness, investigator, relator, whistleblower, and researcher stalking, cyberstalking, cyberhacking, cyberbullying, harassment, intimidation, tampering, threats, unlawful search and seizure, torture, assault and battery of any kind, wrongful prosecution and conviction, and/or any other obstructive measure in order to prevent treason charges against those who merit the same, could be argued to have engaged in misprision of treason, which is overt furtherance of treason by misprision obstruction -- especially if they swore an oath and allegiance to the United States, to be employed by the United States, and didn't charge those involved with treason with the evidence of treason they had available, suspected they had available, and/or were told was available to them. Similarly, as this article and articles on UpRights News provide the evidence of Trump's, the GOP's, Russia's, Putin's, and/or the treason of others, and makes this evidence available and clear to the public (which includes judges, POTUS, governors, and law enforcement officers) -- then anyone reading this article and/or any other article detailing the treason of these parties -- and who doesn't immediately report the same, and/or who doesn't act on the same as required by law to act on the same, is also guilty of misprision of treason, in overt obstruction of treason by misprision in an ongoing conspiracy by overtly engaging in misprision of treason -- is a reasonable inference.[18]

TRUMP, HIS FAMILY, THE GOP, PROUD BOYS, OATH KEEPERS, QANON, AND/OR OTHERS ENGAGED IN AN ONGOING TREASON, REBELLION, AND/OR INSURRECTION CONSPIRACY IN VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE AND IN VIOLATION OF 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES U.S. Codes §2383, §2384, and §2385

The 01/06/2021 Committee of the House of Representatives did find evidence Trump, the GOP, and/or others did further sedition and/or insurrection against the United States, now being prosecuted in different ways by federal, state, and county prosecutors.

"Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."

"Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms "organizes" and "organize", with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons."

TWO FORMER CIA DIRECTORS HAVE SPECIFIED TRUMP HAS COMMITTED TREASON AND/OR SHOULD BE EXECUTED FOR HIS TREASON, ESPIONAGE, AND/OR THEFT OF TOP SECRET GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS -- POSING A THREAT TO THE LIVES OF THE US MILITARY AND TO THE U.S. INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY

Former CIA Director John Brennan has repeatedly specified the Republican Party's Trump and/or others committed treason, which of course means that there was misprision of treason thereafter in obstructive furtherance of treason.[20]

Former CIA Director Michael Hayden has agreed that the Republican Party's Trump should be put to death for stealing top secret documents, which put the global intelligence community at risk of being killed.[21]

Former CIA and General Director Michael Hayden specified the Republican Party is the most dangerous and nihilistic political force in world.[22]

Each of these CIA Directors served America under both Republican and Democratic administrations, with General Michael Hayden having been the CIA Director under the Republican Party's G.W. Bush, and where he also served as the Director for the NSA.[24]

Donald J. Trump -- who is well known for suing others he disagrees with -- never sued Brennan nor Hayden.

SOME OF THE MOST CONSERVATIVE LAW PROFESSORS IN THE UNITED STATES, WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE FEDERALIST SOCIETY, WHO HAND-PICKED THE 6/9 GOP MAJORITY OF SCOTUS JUDGES, HAVE SPECIFIED THAT TRUMP, THE GOP, AND/OR OTHERS "IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED" THEMSELVES FROM PUBLIC OFFICE IN A MANNER THAT IS SELF-EXECUTING AND REQUIRES NO COURT OR JURY TO HEAR, AFTER THEY SPENT A YEAR AS CONSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARS RESEARCHING THE SAME

Two of the most conservative law professors in the country have specified that Trump and/or other "immediately disqualified" themselves from public office in a manner that self-executing Constitutional Law demanded they not be made eligible for public office in an immediate (and thus a retrospective manner), and which requires no court or jury to hear, who may only consider if the same was criminal or not, and it took these constitutional law scholars a full year to determine the same, and they were part of the Federalist Society who hand-picked 6/9 of the GOP majority on SCOTUS.[25]
