The importance of engineering barriers to education, coupled to polarizing misinformation to fill the truth void, in order to overthrow governments, as taught by the Habsburg crime family's active measures.

CIVILIZATION IS IN A RACE BETWEEN EDUCATION AND CATASTROPHE

As H.G. Wells once specified, “Civilization is in a race between education and catastrophe. Let us learn the truth and spread it as far and wide as our circumstances allow. For the truth is the greatest weapon we have.”

More simply, there is always a small group of elites with a greater control over what facts we are able to access, and/or share with others, because if shared, we'd overthrow them.

The war on the truth is a tool used by those who oppress us, in order to manufacture the critical mass required for a very small group of elites, not to be overthrown by so many more people.

There are an estimated 2,000 to 10,000 billionaires and trillionaires on Earth, who control the information for more than 8,000,000,000 people.

The 8 trillion plus people could dispose of the 2,000 to 10,000 billionaires in less than one day. In one day we could be free of all of them. There are over a million millionaires who serve as the proxies of the billionaires, to keep them in power, and 8 billion people could dispose of them in a single day as well. That said, not all millionaires are intent on suppressing billions of people, and some are actually trying to help billions of people learn the truth about their oppression.

Accordingly, the daily war on the truth by the billionaires and their proxies oppressing, robbing, exploiting, and/or killing billions of other people is meant to (1) conceal the facts and nature of the oppressing, robbing, exploiting, and/or killing billions of other people, (2) to fill the fact void with misinformation, often the opposite of the truth, (3) to influence at least some of the billions of people to support the very few oppressors and their proxies, in order to achieve the "critical mass" not to be overthrown, and (4) if they are likely to be overthrown, to polarize the masses with what are known as "active measures", a divide and conquer tactic employed by the oppressive elite and their proxies to cleave off some portion of those they are oppressing, to get them to defend their oppressors, to get the oppressed to fight themselves instead of overthrow their oppressors, often achieved by pitting the rights of one gender, age group, ethnicity/race, culture, religion, sexual preference, political party, philosophy, socioeconomic group/class, and/or other natural difference in the population, against the rights of another gender, age group, ethnicity/race, culture, religion, sexual preference, political party, philosophy, socioeconomic group/class, and/or other natural difference in the population, usually achieved with misinformation, deception, "big lies", and the like, or by manufacturing terrorism "events", that can be used to rally support behind the billionaire oppressors. 

All of these are divide and conquer strategies to keep the oppressors in power over those they oppress, by convincing a critical mass of those they oppress to join them in oppression, but not as equals nor decision makers, but more as shields for the oppressors, whose misinformation wields the shield of those they have deceived, where ever the shield needs to go.

The chief applied psychological or influence tools used by this network of mental illness of the oppressors, who network the mental illnesses of sociopathy, narcissism, sadism, Machiavellianism, kleptomania, and/or obsessive compulsive hoarding disorder are DARVO, the techniques of neutralization, Cialdini's principle of influence, scarcity engineering, deception, and active measures.

Collectively, this leaves the otherwise defenseless oppressors with the portion of those they oppress who they are able to deceive to defend them with a defense again many more people, able to remove their oppressors in a single day, which is why the deception is daily, hourly, and why you receive updates - in order to conquer and divide the oppressed to keep the oppressors in a position to keep on oppressing, having achieved the critical mass not to be removed from power by employing these tactics above.

Banning books, burning books, censoring content, censoring speech, censoring art, and/or criminalizing the same, are all strategies used by tyrants, monarchs, emperors, totalitarian, authoritarian, cults of personality, imperial cults, and/or other dictatorships, to prevent access to information that those oppressing others don't want those others to hear, because if these oppressed others were to gain access to this information, it would pose a threat to the oppressors.

Additional barriers to education include having to pay or become significantly indebted for higher education, which is the American education system for higher learning, and/or having to compete for enrollment to access higher education, which is the American education system for higher learning, in order to ensure that those who can't afford to access higher level education, and/or who can't compete for enrollment, won't be able to access higher level education, which teaches others logic, reasoning, and/or critical thinking skills, but usually teaching ALL of the same only in very limited programs (philosophy, computer sciences, law), with most higher education programs requiring at least some basic teaching of logic, reasoning, and/or critical thinking.

Higher education also teaches the skill only found in the top 2% of American readers, who "integrate information across multiple dense texts; construct syntheses, ideas or points of view; or evaluate evidence-based arguments", per Wiley Communications, referenced below.

All that said, most people agree that some speech, information, or art is so offensive and/or harmful that it is prohibited. For example, regardless of our right to free speech, we are not free to yell at a judge (unless you are Donald Trump), and threaten to harm or kill the judge, prosecutor, or jury (though Donald Trump has also arguably incited and/or encouraged the same with his public comments), without consequences.

Similarly, most people (except for pedophiles) agree that revenge porn, child porn, snuff videos (videos of murder), and/or other similar harmful content should not be accessible to anyone, because of the harm to and/or exploitation of people in acquiring the same.

Accordingly, some lines for free speech are important and shouldn't be crossed, but then the question is, who draws the line? In dictatorships or monarchies, often one person has drawn this line, which seems to meander based on their mood, for example but not limited to Henry VIII, who could always find a reason to execute one of his wives, or to violate the Christian faith, and laws of succession, in order for him to develop an heir by any means.

In a democracy, the line is supposed to be drawn by the majority, but as we can all appreciate, we have little control over how laws are made and/or enforced, truly questioning whether or not we are a democracy, and even if we had more control than we have, then we would be subject to the constant influence of billionaires, who like Elon Musk, can boost posts they like, and/or suppress posts they don't like, in order to manufacture consent, and thus the critical mass required to remain in power over the government and a much larger group of people, who if they had access to the facts, would retake their majority power.

This perfectly explains why Jeffrey Epstein's Elon Musk's and Jeffrey Epstein's Saudi's Twitter/X, Jeffrey Epstein's Bill Gates' Microsoft, Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's Yahoo, Jeffrey Epstein's Leon Black's and Jeffrey Epstein's Marissa Mayer's Yahoo, Jeffrey Epstein's Rupert Murdoch's Fox News, Jeffrey Epstein's Michael Bloomberg's Bloomberg, Jeffrey Epstein's Conrad Black's media empire, Jeffrey Epstein's Sergey Brin's and Jeffrey Epstein's Larry Pages' Google, Jeffrey Epstein's Jeff Bezos' Amazon, Jeffrey Epstein Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook/Meta, Jeffrey Epstein's AT&T, and/or others, have nearly full control of the largest news outlets, the largest social media platforms, the largest marketing platforms, the largest email providers, the largest website development tool partners, the largest artificial intelligence and deep fake programs, the largest budgets for dark money financing of lawmakers and law enforcement's political (and/or bribery of) campaigns, to control who has access to what information and who doesn't, is a reasonable inference.

THE AVERAGE READING LEVEL OF AMERICAN ADULTS IS 7TH TO 8TH GRADE, WHICH CORRESPONDS TO AN UNDERSTANDING OF FACTS AND REALITY COMPARABLE TO A 12 YEAR OLD TO 13 YEAR OLD CHILD

In addition to controlling access to facts, and information, which threatens what former Army prosecutor Glenn Kirschner has specified is the "criminal ruling elite", another important tool for the crime syndicate and orbit of Jeffrey Epstein is to manufacture barriers to higher education, which teaches others how to research and synthesize information and facts, to either support what is actually true, and/or to debunk what is clearly and deceptively false, being churned out of the information channels controlled by the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein and others.

The following website, https://www.wyliecomm.com/2021/08/whats-the-latest-u-s-literacy-rate/, and research does a fantastic job breaking down the average reading level of American adults, but goes a step further and breaks the American adult population into five categories, which go to the heart of understanding of facts in America by American adults, who then train their children as to what they know, and/or what they don't known, and/or what has influenced them (the false narratives of the oppressors of the failed billionaire experiment employing deception and misinformation to keep themselves in power and out of jail).

What's equally important here is that this print screen was from 2013, and so slightly before the 2016 elections, and is not expected to have changed much, because the conclusion of this research was that the average reading level for American adults is about 7th to 8th grade, and this measurement has been repeatedly been reported by different industries from medical to PR organizations for about two decades, so it hasn't changed much is a reasonable inference. 

There hasn't been a significant push to increase access to higher education since then, nor has there been a significant push to remove barriers to higher education, though President Biden and the Democrats have been trying to relieve the crushing student debt of some Americans, who sought access to higher education, which Republicans have resisted, wanting to keep Americans in as much as possible, while attacking unions, which increase wages, while attacking minimum wage, while their financiers price gauge Americans, while they jack up interest rates, while they attack safety nets for Americans, effectively turning Americans into ignorant economic slaves who support their enslavement and the enslavement of others, while also being incited by Jeffrey Epstein's billionaires to overthrow the United States, so a deadly combination, trying to impoverish Americans they incite to overthrow other non-billionaire Americans, to get us to destroy ourselves, to distract from their decades of organized crimes, is a reasonable inference.

The following are the five levels of reading among U.S. adults, which help explain the level of understanding of Americans, and why some of us are so easily deceived by the fake news of Jeffrey Epstein's organized crime syndicate and orbit.

The reason we like Wylie Communications' summary above is that it quickly summarizes the five different levels of American readers, and where we encourage others to visit the website above to learn more.

The chief finding of PIAAC as summarized by Wylie Communications was that only 2% of the American population read at the top reading level, where readers at this level do what we do here at UpRights News, "integrate information across multiple dense texts; construct syntheses, ideas or points of view; or evaluate evidence-based arguments".

The U.S. population is roughly 333,287,557 per a 2022 measurement, and about 87% of that population were individuals 15 or older, whereas the Wylie Communications was for 16 years or older so almost comparable.[3]

Accordingly, multiplying 87% to this U.S. population resulted in roughly 289,960,174 adults.

Accordingly, multiplying the Wiley Communications breakdown percentages to this number of adults for a rough estimate of the number of American adults reading at different levels resulted in the following. 

The highest level of Americans who read at the top level of reading representing 2% of American adults resulted in about 6,665,751 or about 6.7 million adults reading in a manner that seeks to integrate information across multiple dense texts, out of about 290 million adults.

The second highest level of Americans reading at the 4th level resulted in about 33,328,755 Americans or 10%. These adults perform "multi-step operations to integrate, interpret, or synthesize information from complex texts, which may require complex inferences", for example what UpRights News is doing in this article.

The mid level of American readers, 36% or about a third of American readers, resulted in about 119,983,520 Americans, and is the largest number of American adult readers, who "find information that may require low-level paraphrasing and drawing low-level inferences", which the major news outlets tend to do, by reducing heavy details into one to five minute news stories, or single page to multiple page articles, which may or may not include references to their sources.

As Wylie and others have reported, this mid level of adults reads, processes, and/or thus understands at a 7th to 8th grade level, corresponding to the reading level, information processing, and/or understanding of a 12 to 13 year old child, or middle schooler.

Accordingly, we can reasonably infer that the second highest level of Americans (10% or 33 million) would correspond to a high schooler's ability to read, process, and understand information, and we can reasonably infer that the highest level of Americans (2% or 6.7 million) would be reading, processing, and understanding information at university or college level.

Similarly, Wiley communicated that about 34% of Americans, almost as large as those reading at the middle school level, were reading, processing, and/or understanding information at a level below a middle school level, so primary school (grades 1-6, probably closer to the fifth and sixth grades are reasonable inference, or 10 to 11 year old), who might read two paragraphs or a chart to come to a conclusion.

Wiley also communicated that the second lowest reading, processing, and/or comprehension level was 14%, and that a single chart might be used by such a person to come to a conclusion about the world, which would likely represent a reading, comprehension, and/or processing level, corresponding to about an 8 to 9 year old, or 4th and 5th grade).

Wiley also communicated the lowest reading level for American adults was about 4%, might rely on a single sentence or sound bite from a single information source, for example as found on Jeffrey Epstein's Rupert Murdoch Fox 'News', corresponding to about a first to third grade ability to read, process, and/or understand information.

ABOUT 2/3 OF AMERICAN ADULTS DIDN'T COMPLETE AT LEAST A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY BACHELOR'S DEGREE, AND ABOUT 1/3 DID COMPLETE AT LEAST A BACHELOR'S DEGREE, WITH ABOUT 1/3 OF THOSE COMPLETING AT LEAST A BACHELOR'S DEGREE GOING ON TO COMPLETE A MORE ADVANCED DEGREE

Supporting some of the same above from a different measure is the 2021 U.S. Census, which found that "the highest level of education of the population age 25 and older in the United States was distributed as follows: 

• 8.9% had less than a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 27.9% had high school graduate as their highest level of school completed. 
• 14.9% had completed some college but not a degree.
• 10.5% had an associate degree as their highest level of school completed.
• 23.5% had a bachelor’s degree as their highest degree.
• 14.4% had completed an advanced degree such as a master’s degree, professional degree or doctoral degree. 

• The high school completion rate in the United States for people age 25 and older increased from 87.6% in 2011 to 91.1% in 2021.
• The percentage of the population age 25 and older with associate degrees rose from 9.5% to 10.5% between 2011 and 2021.
• Between 2011 and 2021, the percentage of people age 25 and older who had completed a bachelor's degree or higher increased by 7.5 percentage points from 30.4% to 37.9%.
•  From 2011 to 2021, the number of people age 25 and over whose highest degree was a master’s degree rose to 24.1 million, and the number of doctoral degree holders rose to 4.7 million, a 50.2% and 54.5% increase, respectively.
• About 14.3% of adults had an advanced degree in 2021, up from 10.9% in 2011."[4]

Reconciling Wiley to the U.S. Census, if illiterate to level, corresponding to primary school, in Wiley represented about 18%, then about half of this illiterate to nearly illiterate group had less than a high school diploma or equivalent or about 9%. Accordingly about 1/5 American adults are illiterate or close to illiterate and about half of them completed less than a high school diploma, and where this roughly 1/5 Americans we reasonably infer either had mental health problems, were the victims of someone (one or more parents or other family members) with mental health problems, and/or became pregnant and/or had to begin to support someone who was pregnant in middle school, not allowing them to reach high school, having left for one reason or another, academic or not. 

Similarly, as the Census reported about 28% of the population as having completed high school, then this is pretty close to Wiley's 34% of those reading, comprehending, and/or processing of information, but is skewed, because the average American adult reads at the 7th to 8th grade level, and Wiley's largest group was more advanced that the 34% of American adults, in which one would expect to find the average. 

More simply, there is a discrepancy between the level of education achieved and the ability to read, process, and/or comprehend information, in a manner that allowed those who did not have these skills as much as others to not just complete middle school, but high school, and some college, but no degree, within which the Census reported  about 25% of American adults have completed more than high school but not a degree from university.

Here the pressure of schools to "rank" higher or not lower within their state or country is likely a contributing factor, of allowing those with mediocre reading and comprehension skills to complete at least high school, some college, but no university degrees, which often require heavy reading, processing, and comprehension.

Another expected contributing factor here is that those completing high school and some college aren't reporting their grades here, in a binomial pass-fail manner, and so even though these percentages reported above indicate that they read well enough to complete high school and some college, there is no indication as to whether or not they barely passed, and where it is a reasonable inference that most of this group did just that, because if they had stellar grades, then they would have been in a position to receive full ride scholarships to go to college, which few people would reject. 

Last, we could reevaluate our initial understanding to place the average closer to the 34% group within the 36% group, so that the 7th to 8th grade reading average would fall approximately within the middle of the 70% of Americans in levels 2 and 3 in Wiley's reading levels.

U.S. Census then reported about a quarter of American adults completed at least one university degree, and about 2/3rds of the same went on to complete a more advanced degree. 

If we correlated the 12% found in Wiley's top reading level and second from the top reading levels, then this would correspond almost perfectly to those who have completed more than a bachelor's at about 14%.

Accordingly, the top two reading levels among American adults (levels 4 and 5, or 12% of adults) seems to correlate to those with more than a bachelor's degree (14%).

And the third top reading level (36%), would correspond well to those who completed a bachelor's and/or associates degree (34%).

And the third lowest, second lowest, and lowest reading levels (52%), would correspond to the rough 35% of Americans who didn't go farther than high school, didn't complete the same, through to the illiterate, which would explain the 7th to 8th grade reading average.

So why is all of this important?

Because more than half of America operates at a very low level of reading, information processing, and/or comprehension of facts, reality, logic, reasoning, and critical thinking.

And why is all of this important?

Because these are who Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate seek to influence the most to divide and conquer in order to achieve the critical mass required to remain in power, evade prison, and/or to overthrow if they can't remain in power, and/or can't evade prison.

Accordingly, the less educated Americans are, and the more incentives like massive debt to no acquire access to higher education, and the more books that inform them about the facts that are banned and burned, and the more barriers to access higher education, for example academic filtering of only the highest achievers into college or university, the better it is for the failed billionaire experiments seeking to divide and conquer some part of the massive population that could overthrow them in a day, and perfectly explaining why the failed billionaire experiment always has a new daily enemy, summarized in a simple sound bite or expression, for the uneducated to latch onto, hate, attack, mass shoot, bomb, troll, dox, boost, censor, overthrow, and/or the like. 

In fact Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump, on page 85 of Jeffrey Epstein's contact book, has specified, "I love the poorly educated", and with good reason - they don't know the facts about Donald Trump and the rest of Jeffrey Epstein's organized crime syndicate and/or orbit.[5][6]

These are the sorts of people who want to control and rule over you, your kids, their education, your communications and embedded video cameras, your news, your email, marketing cookies that stalk you, your kids, and your family, and who are bribing your lawmakers and/or law enforcers to come after you instead of their crime syndicate, and/or to provide you less rights, and/or to provide them more rights, and/or to provide them legal routes to escape prosecution and/or execution via the death penalty.

These are the sorts of facts that Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate need to conceal from others (unless then can profit off and/or scoop intel off the distribution of some of the same), and need to spin in such a manner that they are the victims, not their sex trafficked and raped children, in order to "engineer" Trump and/or their orbit back into power over the U.S. justice system.

This is why anyone who investigates them, sues them, prosecutes them, and the like, is (without a reasonable basis) labeled a "radical", "hater", "communist", "Marxist", "terrorist", "traitor", "enemy of the people", "malcontent", "delusional", "criminal", "thug", "corrupt", and the like, which is the application of defensive projection techniques, DARVO, and/or the techniques of neutralization, used by sociopaths, delinquents, and/or organized crime facing major investigation and prosecution, seeking to reverse the violator and victim roles, them specifying the victims are the violators, and painting themselves as the victims - while inciting you to hate their perceived enemies and while inciting you to overthrow. 

But take a moment to read the accusations of these Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficked children accusing Trump and others, and see what was done to these kids, and then ask yourself who the true victims were, and ask yourself who the true villains are, regardless of what you read on Jeffrey Epstein's organized crime syndicate "news" and social media sites.

Accordingly, from the perspective of this organized crime syndicate who needs you to overthrow to keep them out of jail or death row, the less you know the better, the more they can deceive you the better, the lower the level you read at the better, the lower your education the better, because they "love the poorly educated".
