Zeroes: Update on Placer County Sheriff's bad apple in the sky, N911WL, bringing shame onto their department and their professional. Will the new Sheriff protect the public from this menace or overtly further the same?

After many complaints against the above Placer County Sheriff pilot(s), employee(s), and/or vehicle and/or their network linked to McClellan Park, terrorizing the public, including the focus of two of our articles, this being the third article -- UpRights News is committed to shedding light on ongoing criminal harassment and threats with a deadly weapon (an aircraft) being used by corrupted Placer County Sheriff deputies operating outside of the scope of their employment protections and outside of the oaths of their offices and outside of the U.S. Constitution, by using county assets to terrorize at least one witness and one journalist in Placer County, who have reported their ongoing abuse of office and organized crimes to more than one agency, consistent with what California law now refers to as an SB2, or a criminal gang operating within CA law enforcement agencies.

As long as this criminal harassment under color of law continues, we will continue to expose the same, while encouraging the federal authorities we have contacted, to prosecute the same until it stops.

As specified in an earlier article, at best, there is a 1/360 random chance that this vehicle will fly over the home or operations of a citizen or business of the United States, because once in the air, the pilot can head off into 1 out of 360 different degrees, and only one of those paths go to UpRights News.

Accordingly, there is almost no change of this pilot randomly flying over our operations, nor over the home of any federal witness reporting their crimes. That's the best case scenario.

Another way to calculate the probability of a random or targeted event, is to assign one square mile to the roughly 1500 square miles in Placer County, and where all citizens and all square miles in Placer County pay for the Sheriff's Department, who thus owes it to every citizen in Placer County to patrol every square mile in an equal manner.

And where it would rob or defraud citizens who pay for Placer County Sheriff to patrol their area, if Placer County failed to spend an equal amount of time over every one of the 1500 square miles, and defraud citizens and the Placer County Sheriff's Department, if instead of patrolling in an equal manner, a pilot or pilots with emotional regulation problems and/or networked mental illness were to use Placer County taxpayer resources to criminally harass others critical of the pilots, not the Department. 

The next more damning statistical approach is to look at the number of citizens in Placer County, to see what is the random chance that any one citizen would find themselves randomly being threatened with deadly weapons (an aircraft), aimed at their home or operations, accelerating at their home or operations, dive-bombing their home or operations near or below the lawful altitude, circling in an aggressive manner, and that statistic is roughly a 1 out of 400,000 chance of randomly happening.

Placer County has a new Sheriff in town, and so time will tell if this new Sheriff is real leader -- one the public and taxpayers can look up to and say, "yeah, that's our guy, and he's a good guy", or whether or not the public and taxpayers will conclude, "no, he's no better than the last guy, and it is a real shame that he's the leader of that Department, because they are just a bunch of crooks with badges".

Using Seminole County in Florida as our gold standard, we respect the government and law enforcement, when those we pay to protect us from the ugly people in life, do just that, versus being ugly people themselves.

Seminole County Sheriff's Department's leadership is led by what the majority of people would call a hero, unafraid to do the right thing, to protect the taxpayers from abuse of office, and where Orlando Police are also heroes in this situation we reported on, because they were able to check their feelings and regulate their emotions and apply the law equally to their own involved in unlawful behavior, as real leaders would, and as cowards and organized crime who needs to be federally investigated wouldn't. 

So we are calling on the new Placer County Sheriff to protect our community of taxpayers from ugly retaliation by rogue employees sullying the badge, bringing shame on the Department, and the profession, by targeting those who speak out against ugly criminal behavior coming from within their department.

And we aren't just doing this for ourselves or the witness that came forward, but for the taxpayers, and for the Placer County Sheriff's Department, who don't need all of the good and hard work to be tarnished by one or two really ugly employees. Do better than that, and be better than that, not just for us, but for you. Take honor in what you do. Fulfill the public's trust.

Don't let a few crappy employees ruin it for all the rest of your employees who do fantastic work, none of whom want a few bad apples to keep generating so much evidence of harm that state and federal prosecutors will have no choice than to investigate the entire department, all of their communications, all of their records, all of their employees, for cause. Talk to these people with clear emotional regulation problems, clear anger issues, with a clear history of sadism, and ask them to stop for you.

Below is the most recent evidence of their abuse, terror, stalking, criminal harassment, witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, and violation of civil rights under color of state and federal laws, which is a reasonable inference, because a regular analysis of the flight patterns, altitude, and acceleration of N911WL proves beyond a reasonable doubt that what is being perceived as ongoing abuse, terror, stalking, criminal harassment, witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, and violation of civil rights under color of state and federal laws, simply can't be random from a statistical perspective. 

At best every 1/360 flights should randomly have this pilot fly over or by our operations. At worst, every 1/400,000 flights should randomly find that pilot over our operations. Said differently, we should only be randomly seeing this pilot about once per year, and where once per month would be targeting, and where once per week would be a problem that needs to be investigated by both the Attorney Generals of the United States and California, for cause. And where more than once per night, night after night, is indeed evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of very ugly criminal behavior that needs to be prosecuted immediately, because this person lacks the professionalism, the mental stability, and/or emotional regulation required to serve in law enforcement. This is instead a person with deep mental illness who enjoys inflicting harm onto others, which is in fact the definition of a sadist.

Below is the flight log for N911WL, courtesy of www.FlightAware.com, for a flight yesterday evening, which departed from Auburn Municipal Airport at 7:02PM and landed at 8:44PM.

The following is the flight path, the altitude, and the speed of N911WL for the above flight, again courtesy of www.flightaware.com. Our operations are located in what looks like a duck's head or dog's head, based on how the roads are configured, in the center top of the image, and where despite the 1/400,000 random chance of this pilot who terrorizes us regularly, randomly flying over us, and at best 1/360 random chance of the pilot flying over us, instead the pilot to flew to one side of us in a Southern direction, and then in a Northern direction, and then in an Eastern direction, and then came back and flew by us in a Southern direction again, and then circled in many directions close to us, in the context we have filed complaints against this pilot, and so this isn't random, but very ugly retaliation shaming their department and the hard work of their fellow deputies, is our opinion and a reasonable inference, characterizing all of our reporting on this subject.

Here's the same vehicle again on September 1, 2023, below, departing Auburn Municipal at 6:44PM and returning at 8:09PM. And where this same vehicle has been caught several times dive-bombing our operations including below 500' in what is clearly ugly aggressive and unregulated behavior, which sound research proves beyond a reasonable doubt can both physically and emotionally harm others, and so the more this happens, the greater the overt harm being caused, and the greater the liability of the pilot but now causing problems for the Department and the County and anyone else who is supposed to prevent this ugly behavior by a very ugly individual who clearly needs psychiatric counselling, and has no business in any sort of law enforcement position, as a clear abuser of trust and power.

Note this time the pilot is headed in a Southwest vector, and so this debunks any kind of regular beat defense, as the pilot takes any opportunity they can to terrorize and intimidate us from any and/or every direction, and where the unlawful 900' altitude in the congested area we live, surrounded by 200'-300' hills, communications towers, water towers, and/or other tall objects, requires the pilot to fly at the 1000' minimum plus the tallest surrounding objects so somewhere between 1000' to 1300', and yet here below the pilot is blasting us at 900', shaking the walls and windows, in what could only be described by us as an overt act of terror, witness intimidation, criminal harassment under color of law, assault and battery with a deadly weapon (an aircraft), but not limited to the same, and where it is the frequency of these events, the altitude, and the speed of the aircraft which prove the pilot's intent, because again, in the best case scenario, a random flyby at a lawful altitude might be expected once per year.

Though there are exception to the minimum altitude down to as low as 500', the pilot would have to prove the emergency that required that course of conduct, and where again this vehicle has come at us at less that 500', which we consider criminal behavior, and which the courts have ruled constitutes unlawful search under color of law, which along with other factors may require jail time.

This is almost every day, and/or every week, which thus is very improbable that the same is random, and much more probably that this is very ugly criminal stalking and very ugly criminal harassment behavior under color of law.

To prove otherwise, the pilot would have to prove that they have spent an equal amount of time in the other 1500 square miles of Placer County, which would serve as a control for the square mile we operate in. The pilot would have to prove that they spend an equal time flying in all 360 directions to serve all of the community paying for their services, or else may be defrauding the taxpayers they are under-serving to fulfill personal vendettas due to extreme mental illness and a lack of professionalism.

The pilot would have to prove that they spend an equal amount of time over 400,000 other citizens. The pilot would need documented operational need evidence not manufactured nor copied in retrospect. Every flight of this or these pilots would require intense scrutiny to better understand their intent.

We think it is ugly when people lose their minds and stalk, ambush, and murder U.S. law enforcement, but this sort of conduct by what we believe is a sadist, helps us better understand the mindset of those who are literally driven crazy by sadists and sociopaths who have slithered into law enforcement positions so that they can abuse power to get off on the same, because of their mental illness. People like this pilot cause others to have mental illness, and then they do whatever it takes to stop the abuse. Ugly people breeding more ugly people, in a manner that doesn't make America great again or at all, but just the opposite, and which embrace the total opposite teachings of Christians. People like this need serious mental help to protect others from needing the same.
