Investigative researcher Max Azarello -- who set himself on fire outside of the criminal trial of Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump within the last week -- has died of his burns and/or the resulting infection.
To begin, Max wasn't a left wing radical, because he sued the Clintons.
The knee-jerk response to his death was that he had been radicalized and/or developed a mental health disorder, but a careful look into his life found that he was a researcher into the ongoing organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, who finally had enough of the apathy, willful blindness, racketeering, corruption, influence, and/or obstruction of justice resulting in little to no prosecutions of as many as 1,971 of Jeffrey Epstein's clients, financiers, and associates -- including Russia's Donald Trump, but not limited to the same. Here it is important to note that even though Donald Trump was named in Jeffrey Epstein's book of clients, financiers, and associates, Bill Clinton was not named in that book, found at https://epsteinsblackbook.com.
Max believed in the results of his ongoing research so much and felt that there was so little justice for all that he had uncovered, and that it had been going on for so long, that Max had lost hope, and/or he sought to martyr himself in this manner by self-immolation.
As victims of Jeffrey Epstein's organized crime syndicate, orbit, clients, financiers, and associates of Jeffrey Epstein for at least 20 years -- we can empathize along with many other victims of Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit, as to how overwhelming it is to have to one be victimized by this organized crime syndicate, and two not to receive justice for the same -- regardless of U.S. civil and criminal laws, largely bought and sold since at least Citizen's United, when Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit-financed Federalist Society's SCOTUS unlawfully legalized impeachable bribery, corruption, influence, racketeering, and/or other high crimes and misdemeanors, largely orchestrated by Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Donald Trump's David Bossie, and/or the Republican Party's Mitch McConnell, via a series of lawsuits and rulings.
A quick look at some of the research and findings of Max Azarello revealed some of the ongoing organized crimes UpRights News has independently corroborated -- but we have not corroborated all of his research, nor do we plan to, and not because the same doesn't merit the same -- but rather, because we know that at least some of his research is accurate and we know that the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein and Russia are largely behind much of the harm to America and Americans, and that this has been true for at least the last 20 years per our ongoing reporting, including but not limited to our news section link above, Epstein's "Commonwealth".
What we will say about Max's research is that similar to our research for totally different crimes, it always seems to be the same people involved in harm to America and Americans over and over again, and where Max had extensively focused on cryptocurrency and Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit.
We'll get into some specifics below, but here are some quick links to Max's research, which he seemed to feel that the only way he could bring attention to the same -- as a national hero -- was to set himself on fire and burn himself to death in front of Trump's criminal trial, throwing out flyers in every direction immediately before scorching his own body with the likes of gasoline -- and as a result, now we all know about the research of Max Azarello.

Some of Max's and/or M. Crosby's research is pretty sophisticated, and other research though well-intended, may come across as a stretch (references to the use of propaganda in the media), unsophisticated (which can be subjective based on the style of writing when compared to any reader), and/or seemingly incorrect (for example we reject Max's claims that Elizabeth Warren is part of Jeffrey Epstein's gang because she teaches at Harvard, because she has been one of the greatest voices fighting against Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate of out-of-control billionaires and their schemes) -- but that's our opinion without having gone down all the rabbit holes of some of these rascally rabbits -- and where Max may or may not be right with respect to some of his harder to understand and harder to believe claims.
The take home message is that Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit seem to regularly be at the center of the legal conspiracies harming America alleged by the likes of Max, and many others, and until each of us goes down every rabbit hole Max went down, or other victims experienced, how could we know if what Max or these others reported is true or false?
One of the problems with the research that Max summarizes is that he and/or they don't point to much evidence (though his belief system did point to some evidence) -- even if we have evidence that proves Max right for a number of things -- or the evidence they point to isn't evident, but in other cases, there is no dispute in what they have reported as the same has been found by others, for example by filmmaker Oliver Stone, who has presented the evidence for at least some of what Max has presented.
With respect to politics, current events, history, and the like, the truth needs to constantly be tested by more information, to see if that information changes the nature of what we perceive is true. For example, everyone used to believe the world was flat, and very few people believed it was round, and now most people accept that the world is round, but that required other information to debunk what was false but accepted as true, also known as the Scientific Method and 10th Man Method, constantly challenging if the truth is the truth. An excellent researcher will allow themselves the flexibility of accepting that something they held as true as not being true with more evidence that the same is not true. Simple minded people who need their feelings to be satisfied over their search for the truth will reject credible facts that don't fit their preconceived conclusions.
True investigators follow as many leads as possible, but when there are so many leads as to exceed capacity -- which is the case for the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein (Robert Mueller allegedly collected an obstructive 18 billion pages of evidence concerned with Trump's, GOP's, and Russia's treason, elections fraud, and/or other crimes (since confirmed by Trump's "special counsel" John Durham), and the Trump family were only a handful of the 1,971 names listed in Jeffrey Epstein's most recent) -- requiring investigators to cut corners, and have to try and make sense of what they can, based on what they have been exposed to or not been exposed to already, but also as the corruption of Trump, William Barr, Jeffrey Rosen, Jeff Clark, Rod Rosenstein, Kash Patel, Devin Nunes, and/or others illustrated, what investigators were allowed to investigate and accurately report, because the likes of Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller Investigation were limited in what they were allowed to investigate and/or report, and which if properly investigated would have disqualified Trump and the GOP for office before the 2016 elections (and in fact did per the facts and the law, and confirmed by John Durham to Congress in 2023 and by the Federalist Society's Baude and Paulsen).
Mueller's Andrew Weissmann once lamented that though they pursued many leads, there were so many more he wanted to pursue (but wasn't allow to per Rod Rosenstein, William Barr, Donald Trump, and/or others).
Max, like many others researching the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein clearly struggled with the lack of accountability of this crime syndicate, and based on the volume of crimes they have been involved with, we can attest that it is really hard trying to summarize the same in single page and multipage documents, because there is just so much crime and evidence of an ongoing organized crime syndicate here, that most people would struggle to summarize the same with any great detail in a limited number of pages.
Our 11 years of investigations into all the same can summarize all of the same in this sentence -- an ongoing organized crime syndicate of billionaires linked to Jeffrey Epstein and Russia RICO-corrupting and literally stealing public offices (for example as confirmed by Trump's Special Counsel John Durham to Congress June 21-23, 2023, who admitted and affirmed to Congressman Adam Schiff that Trump did cheat with an enemy of the United States in a conspiracy or collusion commit treason and elections fraud, disqualifying Trump and the GOP from public offices BEFORE the 2016 elections, not at all limited to the same) in order to obstruct and evade prosecution and liability -- and like Max specified, this level of villainy can indeed be tracked back to WWII, and well before, with the same families then involved then still involved now -- a syndicate of crime families that became a kleptocracy, stealing more and more of our government via elections fraud, treason, gerrymandering, voter suppression, illegitimate SCOTUS and other judges installed post treason conspiracies (Thom Hartmann of The Hartman Report has some of the best reporting around regarding the SCOTUS and other "justices" installed post-GOP treason and elections fraud conspiracies per our previous reporting), but not at all limited to the same.
Our investigation took a look at about a million pages of evidence, and summarized the crime syndicate linked to Jeffrey Epstein, Trump Tower, the GOP, and Russia we knew of and experienced for 22 years in about 10,000 pages, but where we can also summarize the same in a page, a paragraph, a sentence, or a few words, like ongoing organized crime, treason, elections fraud, corruption, influence, rackeeteering, witness stalking and intimidation, and obstruction of justice, but not limited to the same.
Here is our attempt to summarize the same in a concise article following John Durham's admissions and affirmations that Trump and the GOP cheated with an enemy of the United States, Russia, before the 2016 elections, which per treason and elections fraud laws disqualified Trump and the GOP from public offices BEFORE the 2016 elections -- followed by three members of the Republican Congress confirming the GOP's ongoing treason with Russia -- and yet like a tuning fork to the reporting of Azarella, zero charges for treason to date, but in defense of U.S. law enforcement, Trump was charged with 91 felonies, and not because he is innocent or a good guy that loves his country by repeatedly trying to overthrow the same in a conspiracy with Russia and other enemies of the United States.
Returning to Max's research, here are some of the names linked to the crime syndicate and orbit of Jeffrey Epstein's child kidnapping, child sex trafficking, child rape, and child sodomy operations as his clients, financiers, and associates per our 11 year investigation, when compared to Max's research.
Named as part of the "largest global conspiracy" by Max, and where our research concluded that it was the largest, oldest, and wealthiest ongoing organized crime syndicate dating back to the Privilegium maius-forged royal claims of the Habsburgs through to WWII's and the UK royals' Hitler (a former Habsburg military asset in WWI), the Wildensteins, Prescott Bush, and others, eventually devolving into the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew, Donald Trump, Rupert Murdoch, Vladimir Putin, many of the tech billionaires, and/or others -- Max named Jeffrey Epstein's Peter Thiel (named in our investigation), Jeffrey Epstein's Elon Musk (named in our investigation, and whose company harmed the Editor of UpRights News), Jeffrey Epstein's Mark Zuckerberg (named in our investigation, , and whose company harmed the Editor of UpRights News), Stanford University (named in our investigation, and who harmed the Editor of UpRights News), British Virgin Islands (controlled by Jeffrey Epstein's Prince Andrew's and Elizabeth II's family, and Sean Combs William's and Harry's family, and Hamish Ogston's Charles III's family), Jeffrey Epstein's Richard Branson (named in our investigation), Theranos (named in our investigation, and linked to Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kissinger and Russia's Alfa Bank's DeVos family, and who collectively harmed the Editor of UpRights News, and/or their organizations did), Jeffrey Epstein's Google (named in our investigation, and whose company harmed the Editor of UpRights News), Jeffrey Epstein's Bush family (named in our investigation, and whose family stalked, infiltrated, obstructed, intimidated, socialized with, and/or harmed the Editor of UpRights News and/or his family), Jeffrey Epstein (named in our investigation, and whose orbit stalked, infiltrated, obstructed, intimidated, defamed, and/or interfered with the economic activity of the Editor of UpRights News and/or his family), Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump (named in our investigation, and who [and/or whose proxies, Trump Tower tenants, Russian intermediaries, and/or orbit] stalked, cyberstalked, infiltrated, obstructed, intimidated, and/or harmed the Editor of UpRights News and/or his family, and/or interfered with their economic activity), Coca Cola (named in our investigation), and/or others.
And so many of the people and organizations Max linked to ongoing organized crimes against the United States and Americans we separately could link to the same and entirely different ongoing organized crimes and/or harm against the United States and Americans, and where our research found many of the same people, families, organizations, and countries often found in different combinations as being involved in other ongoing criminal and/or harmful conspiracies with one another, and where after decades of researching the same, that pattern of evidence became evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of an ongoing organized criminal and/or harmful enterprise corrupting public offices, just like Max said, and then much, much more than what Max had found, largely summarized across our reporting, which links to the public evidence supporting our claims, including by others who like us are insiders and/or victims of this ongoing organized crime syndicate.
Like many online sleuths, Max wanted to get to the truth -- but because of the massive disinformation campaigns employed by Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, who own most of the ways we can share communications -- the truth can be drowned out by those who own or control these communication channels (and where Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit do control most of the largest communications infrastructures, artificial intelligence systems, deep fake systems, email systems, news conglomerates, social media sites, advertising space, killer robot systems (Google), and they are heavy financiers of political campaigns, and thus as a result are government contractors being paid as much as tens of millions of dollars each to spy on Americans, which Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit shouldn't be allowed to do, because they have been using the same to evade and obstruct justice), and in fact that is what the end of net neutrality under Jeffrey Epstein's Trump was all about, allowing some people to receive some information, but not allowing all people to receive all information, continued by the likes of banning books, et cetera.
In a similar manner, Trump installed the current leader of the United States Postal Service, who also gets to spy on Americans, and so this leaves very little space for those trying to hold this crime syndicate and orbit accountable to do so.
Accordingly, Max was onto the truth, but he didn't seem to have all of the truth, and he seemed to latch on to things that weren't true, or things that he didn't prove were true, but he clearly cared deeply for our country and what Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit had done and were doing to the same. Alternatively, Max like a federal agent in court, simply summarized what he had researched, but as we well know, that comes with certain risks also, because like the federal agents who had access to Mueller's 18 billion pages of evidence concerned with the crimes of just the Trump orbit, not every page of evidence can be shown to a jury in any sort of timely manner, and so the courts allow for summaries of key evidence to be made by agents, rather than presenting 18 billion pages of evidence to them.
And so there are pros and cons to providing summaries of large investigations, where a pro is that a jury doesn't have to sit through 18 billion pages of evidence to prosecute or convict, but where the con is that the jury doesn't get to see some key evidence behind certain summarized claims, and thus has to take the word of the investigator summarizing (who is sometimes corrupt and part of the conspiracy being investigated, for example but not limited to former disgraced FBI agent Charles McGonial, who conspired with the Russians to harm America to aid, comfort, and/or adhered to Russia, Russian oligarchs, Trump, the GOP, and/or others), and the smaller the size of the summary document, and the more condensed the findings, the harder it is for those who haven't gone through the evidence to believe the summary, because they are getting blasted with so much new information not part of their current paradigm that all of the same can come across as unbelievable, and because of the need to make the likes of 18 billion pages more consumable for them, doesn't provide them with all of the evidence they would need to believe all of the summary.
And so even though we haven't chased down all of the leads that Max did, this doesn't mean that Max is wrong about some to any of his findings -- but because he largely summarized them -- some of his claims seem unbelievable or not well communicated -- but this doesn't mean that his claims aren't true -- but rather that we struggle to understand how some of his claims could be true. In a similar manner, criminal investigation teams regularly go down the wrong path as they chase leads, but that is the nature of searching for the truth, to find a preponderance of evidence (civil law) or evidence beyond a reasonable doubt (criminal law), and not all that glitters as evidence is gold or helps all investigations -- the nature of information tree and worldview building, and where bias can result in a type of filter, but where a good investigator can understand they may have a bias and come to the right or true conclusion nevertheless.
Here it is important to note that Max's research on Ponzi stock schemes and/or the research of M. Crosby referenced by Max (see the Ponzi Scheme Explainer slide) does near-perfectly resemble the historical DJT prices of Trump Media around 2022 and then again around 2024 (the historical graphing of which resembles a billionaire giving minority shareholders or suckers the middle finger, and in DJT appears as double-handed middle fingers, based on a rapid rise and crash of the stock price, and where the crash devastated the investors who invested during the rise of the stock) implying outside of a Trump criminal trial that DJT was another one of the Jeffrey Epstein crime syndicate and orbit Ponzi stock schemes (Max and/or M. Crosby also referencing Theranos linked to Jeffrey Epstein's Henry Kissinger, whose stock price also rapidly increased and then crashed, and who like Trump concealed information from investors to keep them investing, Theranos concealing that their blood tests would not perform as promised, and/or Trump seemingly concealing the failing nature of the company, which raised about $4 million income, but lost an estimated $58 million -- which once revealed caused the stock prices to crash, is a reasonable inference).

Evidence connects the dots, and summaries of large bodies of evidence that don't present all of the evidence leave some dots seemingly unconnected even though they may not be. UpRights News and many other news publications may be accused of being guilty of the same, but we aren't presenting all of the evidence or we have, and which the government has always had access to, and/or which Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate has always had access to, to allow the government the opportunity to investigate our claims based on their access to our evidence, and based on our direct and indirect communications with the government. And because the government is limited in their capacity to go through the likes of 18 billion pages, this is where investigative journalists and researchers like Max fill a hole and play a role in providing tips or leads to the government. Not all tips may turn out to be helpful, and some may be based on misinformation or misunderstanding, when other evidence or misinformation is considered, and this is precisely why Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, orbit, Donald Trump, the GOP, William Barr, John Durham, Rudy Giuliani, and/or others engage in "info wars", to flood the facts and the truth with false, misleading, and/or harmful counter-narratives, for example that Trump loves his country (while betraying the same with Russia and other enemies), that he is Jesus Christ (despite rejecting most if not all of the teachings of Jesus throughout his life as almost an anti-Christ), that others stole elections from Trump (though the evidence and law are clear that Trump and the GOP started stealing elections by at least 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024, after repeatedly disqualifying and forfeiting their public offices per the facts and the law in treason, sedition, insurrection, elections fraud, stolen/concealing/destroying/leaking top secret documents, but not limited to the same), that others are "radicals" (when Trump, the GOP, and Russia are the ones behaving like radicals as they face prosecution, inciting others with misinformation to use these others to stay out of prison where they belong), that others are involved in the "weaponization of the justice system" and "witch-hunts" (when the evidence proves that Trump, the GOP, Bill Barr, Rudy Giuliani, John Durham, and/or others were/are who weaponized the justice system and engaged in witch-hunts).
Max is our hero of the week, because he died for what he believed in -- and he did so wanting to save America and wanting America to save itself from Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate and orbit -- but we are sad that he took his life, because he had time to learn more (he was on the right track and just getting started but became demoralized and made the wrong choice), cut short by his suicide, and he may not have killed himself to get others to take an interest in his worldview if he had learned more. Said differently, someone as passionate as Max about getting to the truth in order to make his country a better place to live, and who was on the right track, could have contributed so much more.
Thank you Max for what you did contribute, and where we and many others know and can prove that you were at least in part right, and on the right track, and we thank you for your sacrifice to bring light onto these shady characters outside one of Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's Donald Trump's criminal trials (and where the 91 felonies against Trump does prove that U.S. law enforcement is doing their job, and is trying to resist this ongoing organized crime syndicate, which should give us all some hope, even if justice seems slow).
Though it is true that Jeffrey Epstein's, Trump's, Prince Andrew's, the GOP's, and/or Russia's ongoing organized crime syndicate and/or orbit have made the world an ugly place to live, it is also true that there are many beautiful things to love about the world, and that suicide or harming others is never the best solution to hard times, because hard times can be made better than ending times.

Just as Max specified and encouraged others to do their own research, we second Max's call to do the same, because researching the orbit of Jeffrey Epstein (which includes the Privilegium maius-forged UK and EU "royals" -- who were the largest single family named in Jeffrey Epstein's book of clients, financiers, obstructors, and/or associates), does eventually result in evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate is behind most of the crises and harm to America over at least the last few decades, as the architects and financial beneficiaries of the same.
More simply, just as Max concluded, our 22 years of investigations have concluded that the same (usually billionaire) people, families, organizations, and countries and/or their proxies are almost always found lurking behind or affiliated with global carnage, exploitation, crises, economic and other slavery, corruption of public offices, and general human suffering -- and where most of our reporting elucidates the same -- and where a 99.99% global wealth tax for wealth over $10 million would unarm this ongoing criminal enterprise, as would the removal of those people corrupting the public offices they are illegitimately usurping.
Max's raison d'être or reason for being -- and the reason for his death -- is that he wanted and pursued a government working to benefit the lives of all Americans, and not largely working to benefit the billionaire crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein and the public offices they have corrupted in order to usurp billions in taxpayer funds (while evading both paying taxes themselves and evading prosecution for some of the greatest crimes against our people and country), and that's why Max is our hero. Like a soldier in one of Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's crime syndicate's forever wars, Max jumped on the grenade to save those around him.
Rest in peace Max. You are a national hero. America thanks you for your dedication and sacrifice to bring light onto this crime syndicate harming our people and country, with and as enemies of the United States.
