On the heals of the Republican Party's, Russia's, and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump losing to E. Carol Jean, who sued him for raping her in a dressing room - and who also won a follow up defamation lawsuit against him, and on the heals of Donald Trump, his children, and his organization having been found to have engaged in fraud in New York - the first of Trump's conspirators in Georgia, Scott Hall, has pled "GUILTY" to the sprawling criminal indictment against Trump - which no one with the billionaire resources available to these conspirators would ever do, if there was not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of the crimes they have been accused of.[2]
The same is mashed potatoes for "Donnie Urine Mints", because now the first of his conspirators in Georgia has literally confessed to the fact that the conspirators did commit, not one, not two, not three, not four, but five separate crimes in a RICO or racketeering conspiracy with Donald Trump.
The five crimes Trump's co-conspirator pled guilty to, include but are not limited to, "five counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of election duties, a misdemeanor charge.
Hall was sentenced to five years’ probation, a $5,000 fine, 200 hours of community service, and to write an apology letter to the state.
The description of the plea agreement suggested prosecutors were interested in having Hall flip against Trump and the other co-defendants in the wider Rico case, but especially against people like Powell who had similar legal exposure to him and also had direct links to Trump.
In addition to contacts with Powell, Hall also had a 63 minute phone call with former Trump justice department official Jeffrey Clark on 2 January 2021 where they discussed the 2020 election results in Georgia, according to the indictment. Clark, another co-defendant, lost his bid to transfer his case to federal court on Monday.
Hall was indicted by an Atlanta-area grand jury last month on charges, brought by the Fulton county district attorney, Fani Willis, that he had played a role in trying to reverse Trump’s defeat in the 2020 presidential election in a brazen plot to access voting machines in Coffee county, Georgia.
The scheme involved several Trump allies hiring a team of forensics experts that gained unauthorized access to the voting machines and copied virtually every part of the elections systems, before uploading them to a password-protected website that could be accessed by 2020 election deniers.
A day after the Capitol attack in Washington, surveillance footage showed data experts from SullivanStrickler, a firm that specializes in “imaging”, or making exact copies, of electronic devices, arrive at the Coffee county election office and meeting with Hall as well as others.
What happened inside the elections office is only partially captured on surveillance video, but records show the Sullivan Strickler team imaged almost every component of the election systems, including ballot scanners, the server used to count votes, thumb drives and flash memory cards.
Hall was charged with multiple counts including engaging in the Rico plot, conspiring to commit election fraud, conspiring to commit computer theft, conspiring to commit computer trespass, conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy and conspiracy to defraud the state of Georgia.
Powell, the former Trump lawyer who was charged with many of the same criminal violations, has argued that she did nothing wrong because it was only her non-profit company that paid the forensics experts and that there had been authorization from officials to access the voting machines.
The exact nature of the recorded statement that Hall gave prosecutors remains unclear because it took place before he revealed he had taken the plea agreement and was not available on the case docket."[5]
The full indictment with 41 charges against 19 people, including Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump, can be found here.
Furthermore, as part of a deal with prosecutors, likely to evade prison, Hall has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, which means things just heated up considerably for the 18 co-conspirators, including Trump.
Trump currently faces slightly less than 100 criminal charges across the United States for trying to overthrow the United States in an ongoing manner via many different spokes in a broader conspiracy to do the same.
As of May 26, 2023, over 485 insurrectionist conspirators of Donald Trump were found guilty, and over 277 of them have been sent to jail.[3]
Despite Trump defensively projecting that he has been part of a "political witch-hunt" and"hoax", which UpRights News debunked with Trump's public statements, which proved he knew he was part of an investigation involving Russia BEFORE he ran for office - all of these guilty convictions by all of these different judges, courts, and levels of government across different states, and many of these judges installed by Donald Trump and the Republican Party, prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there was no "witch-hunt" and that the crimes and charges levied against Trump and members of the Republican Party, were never a "hoax".
Furthermore, the insurrectionists have pled guilty to an estimated 10-30 different types of crimes, when added to the five crimes above, is very bad news for the Republican Party's, Russia's, and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump.
The more conspirators found guilty of overtly furthering crimes with the Republican Party's, Russia's, and Jeffrey Epstein's Donald Trump, the easier and easier it will be to put him and them in jail for conspiring with and/or leading those conspiracy spokes in a broader conspiracy to overthrow our country to keep themselves in power over their own criminal investigations into their crimes, their families' crimes, their organizations' crimes, the Republican Party's crimes, Russia's crimes against the United States, and Jeffrey Epstein's child kidnapping, child sex trafficking, and child rape rape crimes - which likely involved Donald Trump, and the members of his family - seeing as they were named in Jeffrey Epstein's black book of clients, financiers, and associates, and given the "adoption of Russian children" conspiracy, to have children trafficked from ICC's child trafficking Vladimir Putin's Russia to the Trump family, Trump Tower, and/or others, as specified at the Trump Tower meeting June 9, 2016. Separately, Trump has repeatedly been accused of raping others, including children, and was even sued for the same, but the victim was threatened to not come forward, and so she didn't, as organized crime involved in child sex trafficking would.[4]
It is high time to put this monster in jail and for life.
