IN MICHIGAN, TRUMP AND THE GOP CHAIR, RONNA MCDANIELS, HAVE BEEN CAUGHT ON TAPE PLOTTING TO OVERTHROW AMERICA, BY WAY OF FAKE ELECTOR CRIMES AND A QUID PRO QUO RICO CONSPIRACY TO STEAL THE 2020 ELECTIONS, AND "ENGINEER" TRUMP AND THE GOP INTO OFFICE, OVERTLY FURTHERING THE RUSSIAN AND FELIX SATER'S CONSPIRACY TO DO THE SAME 11/03/2015
This week it was revealed that Donald Trump and the GOP/RNC Chair, Ronna McDaniels overtly furthered Vladimir Putin's, Russia's, and Felix Sater's 11/03/2015 ongoing criminal conspiracy to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into power unlawfully, to steal the federal and Michigan elections, via a Michigan and national fake elector plot spoke, and Michigan and national RICO bribery conspiracy, summarized in part by MSN below.
"The emergence of a recording in which Donald Trump appears to urge two canvassers in Wayne County, Michigan, to not certify the 2020 presidential election result is "perfect evidence" against the former president—according to one attorney. The claim was made by Joe Gallina, an affiliate of pro-Democratic campaign group 'Call to Activism,' who said the recordings showed "the great lengths Donald Trump went to try to overturn the election." On Thursday The Detroit News published extracts from a November 17, 2020, call involving Trump, Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniels, and GOP Wayne County canvassers Monica Palmer and William Hartmann. During the conversation Trump told Palmer and Hartmann not to certify Michigan's 2020 election result, which Biden won by around 150,000 votes, warning they would look "terrible" if they did so. The then-president added: "We've got to fight for our country. We can't let these people take our country away from us." McDaniels urged Palmer and Hartmann not to sign Wayne County's official statement of votes that day, commenting: "If you can go home tonight, do not sign it...We will get you attorneys." The two canvassers followed this advice, declining to sign off the result that night, and later tried unsuccessfully to revoke their earlier votes for certification. Gallina discussed the revelation in a video posted by Call to Activism to its official account on X, formerly Twitter. He described the recordings as "another smoking gun" in Trump's criminal election interference case, in which the former president is facing four charges related to claims he broke the law attempting to overturn the 2020 election outcome. Trump has pled not guilty to all charges, and is continuing to claim the 2020 election was rigged against him despite this allegation being repeatedly rejected in court and by independent legal experts. The attorney continued: "Now here's why this is so significant because there is nothing, and as an attorney I'm telling you, there is nothing more persuasive than a defendant himself being recorded committing a crime. There is nothing more persuasive in the eyes of the law."[2]
This RICO and elections fraud ongoing conspiracy overtly furthers Russia's and Felix Sater's 11/03/2015 treason, elections fraud, and RICO conspiracy solicitation to Michael Cohen, also recorded in an email, to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into power.
"On Monday, The New York Times followed up on the Post report, releasing portions of the e-mail exchanges between Sater and Cohen, which the Trump Organization turned over to Congressional investigators . “I arranged for Ivanka [Trump] to sit in Putin’s private chair at his desk and office in the Kremlin. I will get Putin on this program and we will get Donald elected,” Sater wrote in an e-mail to Cohen on November 3, 2015, the Times reports. “I know how to play it and we will get this done. Buddy our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it. I will get all of Putin’s team to buy in on this,” he continued."[5]
Just as important as this new revelation is to prosecuting Trump and the GOP for crimes against the United States and its people in 2020, the same overtly furthers an ongoing criminal conspiracy with U.S. Russia, extending the statute of limitations for that older 2015-2016 conspiracy, having overtly furthered the same conspiracy in 2020, and becomes "new discovery" for all parties seeking to sue or prosecute Trump and the GOP for their 2015-2016 crimes, is a reasonable inference.
Mueller investigator, Andrew Weissmann, has specified that this newly revealed conduct by Trump and the highest ranking member or executive of the GOP/RNC is a crime, and legal experts across the internet have specified that the same may result in new criminal charges and/or legal action against Trump, McDaniel, and/or the GOP/RNC.[6]
COLORADO SUPREME COURT KICKS TRUMP OFF THE BALLOT FOR HIS CRIMES AGAINST AMERICA, AND THE HIGHEST OFFICES IN CALIFORNIA HAVE CALLED FOR TRUMP TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BALLOT
Prior to this new chargeable crime by the two highest ranking representatives of the GOP/RNC -- Trump and McDaniel -- the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado ruled that Trump was an insurrectionist and was not eligible for public office.[3]
Since then, the highest ranking office of the Lt. Governor of CA, has called for the CA Secretary of State to be removed from the ballot, and where other states may follow.
"Democratic Lt. Governor Eleni Kounalakis urged Democratic Secretary of State Shirley Weber to investigate whether Colorado’s recent decision to exclude Trump from the primary ballot—because the court ruled he violated the 14th Amendment by inciting an insurrection during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot on the Capitol—could be used as a basis for California to follow suit. In her letter, Kounalakis acknowledged there would be “political punditry” about a potential decision to remove Trump from the primary ballot but said “this is not a matter of political gamesmanship.” Kounalakis also noted Weber would have to make a quick decision as the announcement of the certified list of candidates for the primary is set for Dec. 28. It’s an ongoing legal question if secretaries of states can remove Trump from the ballot themselves—other states including Michigan, Arizona and Minnesota have ruled against similar efforts. “The constitution is clear: you must be 40 years old and not be an insurrectionist,” Kounalakis wrote in the letter."[4]
