STEP 1: STEAL AS MANY ELECTIONS AS POSSIBLE, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN ANY POSSIBLE MANNER, AND THEN REPLACE THE JUDICIARY WITH OTHERS WHO HAVE STOLEN ELECTIONS, TO OBSTRUCT THE STEAL
To begin, UpRights News is committed to debunking frivolous conspiracies used to cover up criminal conspiracies, and where we remind critics that criminal conspiracies are when two or more people conspire to violate the rights of any other, and where criminal conspiracies are based on evidence, whereas frivolous conspiracies are not.
The differences between these two types of conspiracies are glaringly clear, and where those seeking to debunk frivolous conspiracies used to cover up criminal conspiracies actually have the easiest job here, because the facts and the law are on their side.
Whereas those who need to employ frivolous conspiracies to cover up their criminal conspiracies will certainly not want evidence or witnesses to be heard, will make every attempt to bury that evidence and discredit those witnesses, to distort the truth, and these criminal conspirators won't have much, if any, credible evidence to back up their version of self-serving "facts", other than sound bites like "this is fake news, don't believe the same", but yet they won't provide you any evidence that their criminal conspiracy based on facts and law is actually fake news, because it isn't.
Of course a great example of this is Trump's claims that the 2020 elections were stolen from him, and yet he had lost over 60 lawsuits related to the same (due to the absence of credible evidence, and he is now being prosecuted (which requires evidence and law beyond a reasonable doubt) for overlapping matters -- precisely because his sound bite "stolen elections" is a frivolous conspiracy being used to cover up the fact that he tried to steal the elections in 2020 -- and yet the facts prove he stole the 2016 elections with U.S. enemy Russia, per the following five links, which prove the same, and beyond a reasonable doubt, but not limited to the same, per our other complementary reporting, which fills in the rest of this million piece puzzle -- and which are an economy to the billions of puzzle pieces collected by the Mueller and related investigations.
But 2016 isn't the first election that the GOP stole by way of treason, obstructed by more than one Special Counsel investigation, and obstructed by follow up treason and espionage when Trump stole top secret documents and made our country's top secrets available to others who didn't have the clearance, and he leaked our top nuclear secrets to at least one foreign billionaire, Anthony Pratt, who then almost immediately shared our top nuclear secrets with more than one foreign leader.
Similarly, Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Trump and the GOP attempted to steal the 2020 elections many different ways, with a fake elector criminal conspiracy, with a sedition, insurrection, and treason criminal conspiracy, with a conspiracy to murder Mike Pence and/or other members of the government, with a criminal RICO corruption conspiracy bribing and seeking to influence leaders of state elections to corrupt the election in Trump's and the GOP's favor by "finding them votes", and/or other criminal conspiracy spokes.

What sounds like frivolous conspiracy is otherwise debunked by the enormous and largely public body of dismembered facts as an ongoing criminal conspiracy by an ongoing organized crime syndicate -- a reasonable inference based on the fact that it is almost always the same people, families, organizations, and countries behind the most egregious and heinous crimes. With leadership like this, who needs enemies?

STEP 2: PURGE THE GOVERNMENT OF THOSE WHO CAN HOLD THE STOLEN GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE
Returning to Thom Hartmann's article, but which can readily be found across the internet, Ron DeSantis and Trump to purge the government of 50,000 employees and/or to slit their throats, for holding their organized crime syndicate accountable, instead of towing the line of traitors, insurrectionists, seditionists, terrorists, child sex traffickers, and organized crime -- exploiting, harming, and murdering our people, as agents of Russia and 9/11's Saudis -- and where both Trump Media and Friends of Ron DeSantis PAC have been financed by child sex traffickers, who were also linked to Russia and Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, as follows.
STEP 3: REVISE THE FACTS THAT ELECTIONS WERE STOLEN AND CHANGE THE LAWS TO STAY IN POWER
The U.S., the world, and 9/11's and Jeffrey Epstein's Saudis' and ICC's child (sex) trafficker Putin's Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Trump, are waiting to see if the 6 out of 9 post GOP treason conspiracy -- and thus illegitimately-appointed, nominated, and confirmed SCOTUS justices -- hand-picked by and/or affiliated with the Federalist Society, which was financed by Jeffrey Epstein's David Koch and Jeffrey Epstein's (founders of) Google, and by Russia's and Rosneft's Alfa Bank's DeVos family, who connected to Trump Tower servers between circa May 2016 and September 2016 -- will change U.S. laws to made the criminal Donald Trump immune from prosecution for crimes he committed before, during, and after Russia engineered Trump into power.
However, said differently, at least 3 out of these 6 SCOTUS judges illegitimately appointed, nominated, and confirmed after at least three treason conspiracies, are being asked to vote whether or not they were legitimately installed, when of course the facts and the laws specify they weren't.
The legal principles of stare decisis, a fortiori, and a priori are fundamentally the basis of any and all laws, concerning the laws of precedence. More simply, people have to follow any law because there is a precedent that certain situations have to be dealt with in a certain manner, and where the most common manner of dealing with certain situations is by precedent, embodied by a law or laws, collectively referred to as Common Law, which in the English-American legal system, means that for hundreds or more years, specific situations have been dealt with in a common manner.
For example, someone caught stealing (elections) from another, is commonly punished for stealing from the other, and has to give back what was stolen.
Similarly, someone caught killing any other, is commonly punished for killing another.
But what history teaches us is that the largely forged and/or illegitimate royals of the UK/EU, who largely devolved into the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, overthrow to be able pretend like they have the authority to change the laws they have violated, when much older laws, like those in the Bible, for example in Romans, or the laws in Magna Carta, Carolingian Law, and/or Salic law have long forbid the violation of specific laws, for example treason, and/or the usurping of thrones by those with inferior claims to the same.
Other long-standing laws include that no one shall be their own judge, and that no one is above the law, laws that are so old, that there are actually laws written in Latin that specify the same, "Nemo judex in causa sua (also written as nemo [est] judex in sua causa, in propria causa, in re sua or in parte sua) is a Latin brocard that translates as "no one is judge in their own case". Originating from Roman law, it was crystallized into a phrase by Edward Coke in the 17th century and is now widely regarded as a fundamental tenet of natural justice and constitutionalism.[1] It states that no one can judge a case in which they have an interest. In some jurisdictions, the principle is strictly enforced to avoid any appearance of bias, even when there is none: as Lord Chief Justice Hewart laid down in Rex v. Sussex Justices, "Justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done".[2][3]
The Latin brocard nemo judex in causa sua has its origins in the Roman legal tradition and is codified within the Corpus Juris Civilis. In 376 AD, an imperial decree established the principle that "no one shall decide his own case or interpret the law for himself" (neminem sibi esse iudicem vel ius sibi dicere debere) (Code 3.5.1). Additionally, the Digest records Julianus's statement that "it is unfair for someone to be the judge of their own affairs" (iniquum est aliquem suae rei iudicem fieri) (Digest 5.1.15-17).[4]"[2]
And yet that is exactly what Trump has asked the Supreme Court to do, to judge if he has immunity for prosecution for crimes he committed, (1) before (E. Jean Carroll case, where Trump wants immunity for crimes he committed before Russia engineered Trump into power, which can easily be extended to Trump's and the GOP's treason and elections fraud with Russia prior to the 2016 elections); (2) during; and/or (3) after Russia "engineered" Trump into power via a treason and elections fraud conspiracy, which made Trump ineligible to install 3 out of 9 SCOTUS justices BEFORE and thus after the 2016 elections, and in a manner that immediately disqualified Trump BEFORE the 2016 elections -- per constitutional scholars Baude and Paulsen (2023) from the very conservative Federalist Society who hand-picked the 6 out 9 GOP SCOTUS justices, and where Baude and Paulsen, after a year of deliberation, determined that there are laws in the United States, which are self-executing, and which require no court to hear.
But Trump is trying to force those not eligible to hear the self-executing laws no court is allowed to hear, to wish away the laws that would make these illegitimately-installed judges legitimate judges, and in a double stroke, would allow Trump to install the dictatorship he has specified he will install, if these judges he and the GOP illegitimately installed, rule in their own favor, in total violation of the nature of law and precedent.
More simply, pretend government wants to pretend away the laws that demand they aren't eligible for office to change the laws to make them eligible for office, so that they can change the laws to evade criminal investigation, prosecution, seizure of assets, and/or the prescribed death penalty for decades of ongoing organized crimes together, including treason, sedition, insurrection, terrorism (misperceived as domestic terrorism, by ignoring the aid, comfort, and adherence to enemies of the United States including but not limited to Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Iran, Hamas, ISIS, Hezbollah, the Taliban, fake electors, insurrectionists, and the like).
All of this needs to be ignored and wished away by pretend government so that handfuls of career criminals can evade prosecution and continue to harm us all, who former career federal prosecutor, Glenn Kirschner, has referred to as the criminal ruling class, and where our research has concluded that this is the organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, born out of the forged royal claims of the Habsburg crime family 665 years ago this year.
Next year, in fact on January 1st, 2024, an estimated 170 clients, financiers, enablers, obstructors, victims, and/or associates of the merged child sex trafficking rings of Jeffrey Epstein are going to be revealed, and the same already has "prince" Andrew hot and bothered, and his orbit posturing like somehow he is the victim, as organized crime and employers of DARVO, the techniques of neutralization, and defensive projection would.
THE PSYCHOLOGY, DEVELOPMENT, AND EVOLUTION OF NETWORKED DARK TRIAD PERSONALITY TYPES
Our research into the psychology of all of this has revealed that all of this is born out of the networking of dark triad personality types, sociopaths (who can't stop themselves from violating laws, norms, and values), sadists (who can't stop themselves from harming others for pleasure), narcissists (who can't stop themselves from seeking worship), Machiavellians (who can't stop themselves from deceiving others to self-serve), kleptomaniacs (who can't stop themselves from stealing [governments, elections, and law making and law enforcement offices], obsessive compulsive hoarders (who can't stop themselves from hoarding more assets and wealth than they will ever need or be able to use in a manner that harms themselves and/or others), and/or other networked mental illness personality types.
Our research into the evolution of all of this is two-fold.
Our first body of research elucidated that these networked mentally-ill personality types first network to commit crimes, then organized crimes, then form RICO organized crime syndicates, then kleptocracies (stealing the government), then oligarchies, the monarchies, then empires, then imperial cults, where the leadership of the empire forces everyone they oppress to worship them as God, Gods, the son(s) of God, and/or divine -- the end game for dark triad personality types -- to be worshiped as a God for as long as possible.
Our second body of research into comparative primatology has elucidated that these dark triad-afflicted and afflicting personality types and their antisocial behavior that results from the same, and which results in the bulk of criminal behavior and criminal laws, is actually common behavior among chimpanzees, bonobos, and gorillas, who just so happen to be the three species we share the most DNA in common with, no less than 98% between all four species, and where the four species share among them much of the various 2% difference.
Within this body of research, we concluded that different parts of the brain in different primates grow at different rates and different levels of maturity, and that the worst human behaviors -- which are common chimp, bonobo, and gorilla behavior -- can readily be explained by the underdevelopment or abnormal development of different parts of the brain, such that some parts of some people's brains are more primitive, and where the likes of chimp brains develop to the level of 4 year old children.
This allows us to reach a working hypothesis with preliminary conclusions, specifically that the worst people among humans behave like chimps, bonobos, and gorillas (1) because they share so much DNA in common with these other primates, (2) because the worst behaviors in these other primates, with almost the same DNA as we have, is their common behavior, and where DNA affects the development of animal behavior, and so related animals are going to have related behavior, (3) there is an overlap between the brain development, function, capacity, and behavior between at least chimps and humans, such that a chimp's brain can develop beyond the brain of some humans, but that most humans have brains that develop beyond the brain of most chimps, and (4) different parts of the brain in different primates reach different levels of development or maturity, but not limited to the same.
Within this body of research, we have also concluded that the hypothalamus plays a large role in the behavior of humans, as this part of the brain is responsible for mood responses to scarcity, and we have also concluded that those humans with the worst behaviors, who are a minority across their respective populations, need to network others with similar mental illnesses or developmental shortcomings to engineer scarcity environments in others, to be able to incite and recruit others into serving their cults of personality, which is also how chimpanzees operate.
For example, chimpanzees will groom, mate, and share meat/resources with those they believe will increase their political power and status in a troop, and they will deny grooming, mating, and meat/resource sharing to others, so exactly how their human cousins operate.
Accordingly, Trump asking the judiciary he illegitimately-installed (4 of whom helped the GOP steal the 2000 elections) to wish away his and/or their crimes to legitimize their collective illegitimacy -- despite decades to centuries of law demanding that he and/or they be punished, and that all of them be removed and/or banned from office -- is from a comparative primatological perspective, Trump asking to be groomed and to receive meat and legal resources from those he groomed and shared meat and legal resources with in a qui pro quo manner, which American or more evolved laws forbid across the board, and have for hundreds to thousands of years.
Similarly, in addition to employing deception, DARVO, the techniques of neutralization, defensive projection, social conditioning, operant conditioning, and Cialdini's principles of influence -- our research has found that Trump, the GOP, Russia, the crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein, their proxies, and/or others engineer scarcity (for example by jacking interest rates, keeping wage increases nearly flat, while increasing inflation and taxes on non-billionaires, towards economic slavery, while attacking protective unions and social safety programs, while inciting the desperate they have engineered to overthrow) -- to be able to trigger Maslow's hierarchy needs' hypothalamus craving centers, which affect mood and thus behavior, and which trigger the fight and flight emotional hijacking of the lymbic system, and to the extent the same adversely affects the cognitive ability of the prefrontal cortex to engage memory, logic, reasoning, and critical thinking -- functionally biohacking away the brakes to normal, peaceful, and harmonious behavior by weaponizing the faith and brain functioning of electorates -- largely by employing deception and coupling that deception to the engineering scarcity and desperation -- then directing all of that fear, scarcity, and desperation towards anyone who can hold them accountable for their ongoing organized crimes.
More simply, as long as the at-risk people we need to protect from Trump and the GOP, can be deceived and engineered into scarcity mentality by Trump's and the GOP's minions, then they'll have the critical mass they don't otherwise have to overthrow our country to evade prosecution.
Trump's own aides have specified the same.
Alyssa Farah Griffin has specified that Trump fears he will be put in prison for his crimes.[3]
No fewer than 24 aides and several of his lawyers have agreed to testify against him, and per https://www.uprightsnews.com/illegitimate-power/1516977_the-end-of-the-great-deceiver-is-nigh-as-a-third-conspirator-in-trump-s-racketeering-and-or-corruption-conspiracy-a-second-lawyer-pleas-guilty-to-a-felony-involving-trump-and-his-attempts-to-overthrow-the-united-states-as-an-agent-of-u-s-enemy-russia-would.[4]
And his aid, Stephanie Grisham, testified that Trump coached her how to lie by repetition, "Former Trump White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham recalls a moment when former President Donald Trump told her, "As long as you keep repeating something, it doesn't matter what you say.""[5]
Even Trump's own attorneys have debunked his lies, including that there was no Russia Hoax, per https://www.uprightsnews.com/illegitimate-power/1571938_there-it-is-trump-s-lawyers-admit-there-was-no-russia-russia-russia-hoax-but-instead-that-russia-did-interfere-with-the-u-s-elections-which-is-very-likely-why-trump-signed-the-order-to-go-after-witnesses-who-could-prove-the-same-was-linked-to-trump.
Stable genius kind of stuff, minus their constant public admissions, flipping on each other, and leaks that they did commit ongoing organized crimes -- for example Trump's damning confession on March 30, 2023, when he admitted most of his known crimes between 2015-2023 were linked to an investigation/witch-hunt he knew about BEFORE he ran for office, as he came down the escalator of Trump Tower June 16, 2015, and thus the motive behind why he ran for office. The ravings of a beautiful mind?
The same leaves our susceptible or at-risk citizens both craving for the resources or people they perceive they need and/or fear -- and/or who are told who or what they need and/or who or what they need to fear by their self-serving cult leader -- and this literally traps them in illogical, primal, and reactive parts of their brains, and motivates them to fight or flee the situation based on the response of their amygdala, prompting those with little fear to commit to a sacrifice of blood and treasure to serve the cult leader, and to attack whichever perceived enemies deceiving evil places in their crosshairs -- those doing their job and employing the facts and the law to prosecute career criminals linked to child sex trafficking networks who need to overthrow government justice systems to continue doing the same.
But there is the way things should be, versus the way things actually are, and the way things actually are is that crime families have networked and repeatedly stolen and gutted more than just our government -- in order to continue their ongoing organized crimes across the globe, and they steal elections and replace the governments and laws to evade punishment for all of the same -- in a manner that more mirrors the savage, deceptive, and brutal behavior of our closest cousins, chimps, bonobos, and gorillas, than how most other humans would prefer to live, in peace.
Though Trump shared his meat and groomed the savages that stole the 2000 elections, time will tell if they qui pro quo that preemptive bribery they illegitimately wished away, and groom him back with a pound of flesh he can toss those he's deceiving to lay down their lives for him, so that he can evade the otherwise prescribed life imprisonment and/or death penalty he deserves, as a matter of law and precedent.
Our prediction is that SCOTUS won't groom him back, nor feed him the meat he craves, in order to save themselves for the long game, by engineering a public perception that they are impartial and legitimate, though that isn't what the facts and the law prove, but of course they want us all to keep pretending they, Trump, and the GOP in Congress are legitimate, at least until they can change the laws to prove the same, in a take it, and then fake it until we take it some more sort of manner.
That said, with the public knowing of the ongoing corruption and self-dealings of most, if not all of the GOP's SCOTUS, who have already broken centuries to millennia of law regarding not being their own judges, by not allowing anyone else to judge them (other than those who won't in Congress, who themselves aren't legitimately in office having furthered the complex treason, insurrection, and/or elections fraud conspiracy spokes, and/or the getaway driver obstruction of justice for the same), SCOTUS may succumb to the pressure by Russia's and Jeffrey Epstein's Trump to use the law unlawfully by wishing away his and thus their crimes away, as this ongoing organized crime syndicate exactly would.
