RUSSIA WAS AN ESTABLISHED ENEMY OF THE UNITED STATES BEFORE TRUMP "TOOK OFFICE"
"CyberWARFARE by Russia includes denial of service attacks, hacker attacks, dissemination of disinformation and propaganda, participation of state-sponsored teams in political blogs, internet surveillance using SORM technology, persecution of cyber-dissidents and other active measures.[1] According to investigative journalist Andrei Soldatov, some of these activities were coordinated by the Russian signals intelligence, which was part of the FSB and formerly a part of the 16th KGB department.[2]
An analysis by the Defense Intelligence Agency [The Defense Intelligence Agency is an intelligence agency and combat support agency of the United States Department of Defense, specializing in defense and military intelligence] in 2017 outlines Russia's view of "Information Countermeasures" or IPb (informatsionnoye protivoborstvo) as "strategically decisive and critically important to control its domestic populace and influence ADVERSARY states", dividing 'Information Countermeasures' into two categories of "Informational-Technical" and "Informational-Psychological" groups. The former encompasses network operations relating to defense, attack, and exploitation and the latter to "attempts to change people's behavior or beliefs in favor of Russian governmental objectives."[3]
US journalist Pete Earley described his interviews with former senior Russian intelligence officer Sergei Tretyakov, who defected to the United States in 2000:
Sergei would send an officer to a branch of the New York Public Library where he could get access to the Internet without anyone knowing his identity. The officer would post the propaganda on various websites and send it in emails to US publications and broadcasters. Some propaganda would be disguised as educational or scientific reports. ... The studies had been generated at the Center by Russian experts. The reports would be 100% accurate [4]
Tretyakov did not specify the targeted web sites, but made clear they selected the sites which are most convenient for distributing the specific information. According to him, during his work in New York City in the end of the 1990s, one of the most frequent subjects was the War in Chechnya.[4]
According to a publication in Russian computer weekly Computerra, "just because it became known that anonymous editors are editing articles in English Wikipedia in the interests of UK and US intelligence and security services, it is also likely that Russian security services are involved in editing Russian Wikipedia, but this is not even interesting to prove it — because everyone knows that security bodies have a special place in the structure of our [Russian] state"[5]
It has been claimed that Russian security services organized a number of denial of service attacks as a part of their cyber-warfare against other countries, such as the 2007 cyberattacks on Estonia and the 2008 cyberattacks on Russia, South Ossetia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.[6][7] One identified young Russian hacker said that he was paid by Russian state security services to lead hacking attacks on NATO computers. He was studying computer sciences at the Department of the Defense of Information. His tuition was paid for by the FSB.[8]"[2]
"In 1999, Moonlight Maze was the US investigation of a 1996-1999 Russian cyberattack against NASA, the Pentagon, the US military, civilian academics and government agencies. The cyberattack was attributed to Russian-state-sponsored hackers.[68][69][70]
The 2008 cyberattack on the United States was connected to Russian language threat actors.[71]
In April 2015, CNN reported that "Russian hackers" had "penetrated sensitive parts of the White House" computers in "recent months." It was said that the FBI, the Secret Service, and other U.S. intelligence agencies categorized the attacks as "among the most sophisticated attacks ever launched against U.S. government systems."[72]
In 2015, CNN reported that Russian hackers, likely working for the Russian government, are suspected in the State Department hack. Federal law enforcement, intelligence and congressional officials briefed on the investigation say the hack of the State Department email system is the "worst ever" cyberattack intrusion against a federal agency.[73]
In February 2016, senior Kremlin advisor and top Russian cyber official Andrey Krutskikh told the Russian national security conference in Moscow that Russia was working on new strategies for the "information arena" that was equivalent to testing a nuclear bomb and would "allow us to talk to the Americans as equals".[74]
In 2016, the release of hacked emails belonging to the Democratic National Committee, John Podesta, and Colin Powell, among others, through DCLeaks and WikiLeaks was said by private sector analysts[75] and US intelligence services[76] to have been of Russian origin.[77][78] Also, in December 2016, Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Committee on Armed Services called for "a special select committee to investigate Russian attempts to influence the presidential election".[79][80]"[2]

As specified by very conservative Federalist Society constitutional scholars Baude and Paulsen, and/or by Noah Bookbinder of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), self-executing laws like but not limited to the 14th Amendment Section 3, include laws that "immediately disqualify" those engaged in specific misconduct from usurping offices and from running from future office, and this is different than whether or not they can be criminally held liable for the same, which does go through the courts.

"In 2018, the United States Computer Emergency Response Team released an alert warning that the Russian government was executing "a multi-stage intrusion campaign by Russian government cyber actors who targeted small commercial facilities' networks where they staged malware, conducted spear phishing, and gained remote access into energy sector networks." It further noted that "[a]fter obtaining access, the Russian government cyber actors conducted network reconnaissance, moved laterally, and collected information pertaining to Industrial Control Systems."[81] The hacks targeted at least a dozen U.S. power plants, in addition to water processing, aviation, and government facilities.[82]
In June 2019, the New York Times reported that hackers from the United States Cyber Command planted malware potentially capable of disrupting the Russian electrical grid.[83] According to Wired senior writer Andy Greenberg, "The Kremlin warned that the intrusions could escalate into a cyberwar between the two countries."[83]
Over several months in 2020, a group known as APT29 or Cozy Bear, working for Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service, breached a top cybersecurity firm and multiple U.S. government agencies including the Treasury, Commerce, and Energy departments and the National Nuclear Security Administration.[84] The hacks occurred through a network management system called SolarWinds Orion. The U.S. government had an emergency meeting on 12 December 2020, and the press reported the hack the next day. When Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service performs such hacks, it is typically "for traditional espionage purposes, stealing information that might help the Kremlin understand the plans and motives of politicians and policymakers," according to The Washington Post, and not for the purpose of leaking information to the public.[85]

In February 2021 a report by Dragos stated that Sandworm has been targeting US electric utilities, oil and gas, and other industrial firms since at least 2017 and were successful in breaching these firms a "handful" of times.[86][87]
In May 2021, the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack was perpetrated by Russian language hacking group DarkSide.[88][89] It was the largest cyberattack on an energy infrastructure target in US history. Colonial Pipeline temporarily halted the operations of the pipeline due to the ransomware attack.[90] The Department of Justice recovered the bitcoin ransom from the hackers.[91]"[2]
Accordingly, there is ZERO doubt that Russia and Putin are enemies of the United States, because under the leadership of Putin, Russia has engaged in warfare against the United States, including but not limited to cyberwarfare, elections interference, attacking our communications and energy infrastructure, and defense and/or intelligence agencies, but not limited to the same.
Between 2016 and 2023, Trump, the GOP, and/or others repeatedly aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, Putin, the FSB, GRU, and/or others, in an adversarial manner, in such a manner that not one but two CIA Directors, Brennan and Hayden (who served the GOP and the Democrats, and was the NSA Director, and was a Four Star General), specified and/or affirmed that Trump had committed treason, stealing of classified documents, and/or espionage in such a manner that Trump did commit treason, and that he should be put to death.[3][4]
Arguably, not one but two CIA Directors are able to discern who is an enemy of the United States engaged in treason and who should be put to death for their unlawful conduct harming the United States, not making America great again in the least, but the total forked-tongue opposite.
Since U.S. enemy Russia "engineered" the 2016 elections, Trump, Putin, Russia, and/or the GOP have called for insurrection, violence against U.S. law enforcement, the destruction of U.S. law enforcement, impeachment of U.S. law enforcement and intelligence community members, the execution of top U.S. military command (General Mark Milley), civil war, insurrection, and bounties were placed on the heads of U.S. soldiers, followed by the literal ambushing and execution of U.S. law enforcement and/or members of the U.S. military, in the context that Trump disparaged the U.S. military by specifying that those in uniform who were killed in the line of duty were "suckers and losers", and that if they died for their faith, this made them "fools", "idiots", and/or "schmucks".
All of this has overtly aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States, furthering their 2016 treason, supra.
In a similar manner, Trump and the GOP attacked the physical body or land, water, and air of the United States, by making products dirtier or more toxic to cause more health problems and deaths of Americans, which overtly aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States, furthering their 2016 treason, supra.
In a similar manner, Trump and the GOP intentionally developed a COVID bioweapons program, which per Mike Flynn was intentionally leaked to control Americans after the elections were stolen, and where Trump's Paul Alexander specified that Trump, the GOP, Alexander, and/or others intentionally infected (and thus sought to kill) as many people (over a million Americans) as possible (while Trump and the GOP financiers were invested in the response to COVID, which would best be served from a profiteering perspective if as many people as possible were infected, regardless of the number of people murdered by a bioweapon), which overtly aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States, furthering their 2016 treason, supra.
Just like a driver for a bank heist is guilty of the murder of the tellers at the bank, by helping the robbers get away to obstruct justice for their collective crimes, so did Trump, the GOP, William Barr, Rob Rosenstein, Jeffrey Clarke, John Durham, Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, Jim Jordan, Kevin McCarthy, Jim Comey, and/or others overtly conspire to RICO obstruct justice for Trump's, the GOP's, and/or others' treason, insurrection, sedition, elections fraud, COVID murders, stolen documents, fake electors, and/or other harm to America, which overtly aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, and/or other enemies of the United States, furthering their 2016 treason, supra.
Accordingly, Trump, and every member of Congress, who aided, comforted, and/or adhered to Russia, Trump, the GOP, insurrectionists, and/or any other enemy of the United States, at the very least "immediately disqualified" themselves for public office, per the many self-executing laws of the United States, which require no court to enforce, and so neither Trump nor any member of Congress who overtly furthered any of these conspiracies making them ineligible for public office can legitimately run for office, occupy office, impeach a sitting President of the United States, nor the FBI Director, nor the Secretary for Homeland Security, nor can they hold mock hearings for State/County prosecutors, nor Special Counsels, nor impeach anyone else, nor can they make law, nor can they have legitimately appointed, nominated, or confirmed anyone for any office or position, nor can they legitimately change even one thing about how the government operates, a priori, a fortiori, and stare decisis - and any evidence to the contrary is fruit from the poisonous tree of prior, current, and/or future ineligibility for public office.
Similarly, no one pardoned, provided clemency, appointed, nominated, nor confirmed by someone who "immediately disqualified" themselves from public office, before and/or after entering that office, for example but not limited to Donald Trump and most of the GOP members of Congress, can thereafter legitimately make any change to the operation of the government, for example but not limited to, granting pardons, clemency, employing immunity from prosecution, employing executive privileges, employing executive orders, employing laws or rulings that were made by those not legitimately installed to do so, employing other benefits and employment safeguards, normally available to those who have legitimately been installed in public office, but not limited to the same - even if they really, really want to - including but not limited to impeaching President Biden, nor can they legitimately hear, decide, manage, lead, work on, receive, or rule on any case or any government business, if those who appointed, nominated, and/or confirmed them were not eligible for public office, a priori, a fortiori, and stare decisis, and any evidence to the contrary is fruit from the poisonous tree of prior, current, and/or future ineligibility for public office.
There is no constitutional crisis here, because the Constitution and rule of law in the United States are quite clear on the ineligibility for public office for any relevant person who engages in treason, insurrection, elections fraud, destruction/theft of government office, and/or violations of their respective oath(s) of office in violation of the 14th Amendment Section 3, but not limited to the same.

Per Cornell Law on the 14th Amendment Section 3, "NO PERSON shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
Again, the self-executing law is very broad here, specifying NO PERSON, and further lists out all branches of the government, including members of Congress, SCOTUS, and/or other 'justices', because under the United States or under any state as members of Congress and/or judicial officers, they previously took an oath to support and not radically attack nor erode the Constitution of the United States, and so ANY evidence of a violation of that oath may remove ANY of these PERSONS, especially if ANY of these PERSONS have ever given aid or comforted ANY enemy of the United States. The 14th Amendment further doesn't specify that only Congress may remove such a disability in the least, and for good reason, because treason laws and insurrection laws would prohibit only Congress from removing the same, because treason laws and insurrection laws may also remove the same in a self-executing manner, but not limited to the same.
NO PERSON IS THEIR OWN JUDGE NOR IS ANY PERSON ABOVE THE LAW IN AMERICA
Accordingly, it is false or a lie that there is no legal way to stop the corruption of SCOTUS, the corruption of members of Congress, and/or WHOEVER, if they give aid, comfort, and/or adhere to an enemy of the United States in any manner, as specified by treason law, arguable the most serious criminal offense against the United States, so serious it is self-executing law, and requires no court to hear, and per Baude and Paulsen, it isn't the only self-executing law that "immediately disqualifies" others from public office, and where there are other laws, including but not limited to insurrection, elections fraud, removal/destruction of documents, and/or the 14th Amendment Section 3 which also serve to protect the United States from these highest of crimes, so serious that no court is required to hear the same, as these laws are as self-executing as a 4 year old cannot run for POTUS, and no court needs to hear the same.
Furthermore, SCOTUS justices, other justices, POTUS, members of Congress, and/or others are provided certain employment protections, but only if they are legitimately installed into their government employment, not if they aren't, as a function of Constitutional Law.
Individuals who are appointed, nominated, and/or confirmed by those who themselves are not eligible for public office, and thus not eligible to make even one change to the government, cannot legitimately nominate, confirm, nor appoint anyone in any legitimate manner, a priori, a fortiori, and stare decisis, and any evidence to the contrary fails as fruits from the poisonous tree of illegitimacy.
Accordingly, there is no constitutional crisis if those who aren't eligible for office, or who were pardoned, provided clemency, appointed, nominated, and/or confirmed by those who weren't eligible for office, cry foul or try and change even one thing about the government to try and manufacture legitimacy out of illegitimacy, a priori, a fortiori, and stare decisis, and any evidence to the contrary fails as fruits from the poisonous tree of illegitimacy.
Because Donald Trump and the GOP "immediately disqualified" themselves from office in 2016, at least 3/9 SCOTUS justices, Judge Cannon, and many other judges stacked by them, are not legitimately appointed, nor nominated, nor confirmed, because Trump and the GOP were ineligible to do the same, which is why they and others have been trying so hard to obstruct justice for the same, like drivers of a bank heist, seeking to RICO obstruct justice for the collective crimes, which include treason (also has self-executing laws that bar those violating the same from office), sedition, insurrection (also has self-executing laws that bar those violating the same from office), terrorism, espionage, elections fraud (also has self-executing laws that bar those violating the same from office), removal/destruction of documents (also has self-executing laws that bar those violating the same from office), and violations of their oaths of office, in violation of the 14th Amendment Section 3 (also has self-executing laws that bar those violating the same from office) - but not limited to the same.
Furthermore, all of the 6/9 SCOTUS justices hand-picked by Jeffrey Epstein's David Koch's and Russia's Cambridge Analytica's Mercer family's Federalist Society, except for Clarence Thomas engaged in perjury during during their nomination and/or confirmation hearings regarding committing to stare decisis, to deceive the United States into employing, grounds for their removal from employment, and/or grounds for violations of the False Claims Act, and/or grounds for government fraud, as part of an ongoing conspiracy to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into office, by attacking, eroding, and significantly changing U.S. laws, at least 3/9 SCOTUS justices were not eligible to change.
The other 3/9 SCOTUS justices in a similar manner were installed by the GOP'S Bush family AFTER the overt furtherance of treason with other U.S. enemies, including but not limited to Iran, the Contras, Russia, the Saudis, the Bin Laden family, and/or others, as specified across our reporting, and the reporting of others concerning the Iran Contra ongoing treason conspiracy and the 9/11 treason conspiracy.
"On 27 July 1986, Israeli counterterrorism expert Amiram Nir briefed Vice President Bush in Jerusalem about the weapon sales to Iran.[122]
In an interview with The Washington Post in August 1987, Bush stated that he was denied information about the operation and did not know about the diversion of funds.[123] Bush said that he had not advised Reagan to reject the initiative because he had not heard strong objections to it.[123] The Post quoted him as stating, "We were not in the loop."[123] The following month, Bush recounted meeting Nir in his September 1987 autobiography Looking Forward, stating that he began to develop misgivings about the Iran initiative.[124] He wrote that he did not learn the full extent of the Iran dealings until he was briefed by Senator David Durenberger regarding a Senate inquiry into them.[124] Bush added the briefing with Durenberger left him with the feeling he had "been deliberately excluded from key meetings involving details of the Iran operation".[124]
In January 1988 during a live interview with Bush on CBS Evening News, Dan Rather told Bush that his unwillingness to speak about the scandal led "people to say 'either George Bush was irrelevant or he was ineffective, he set himself outside of the loop.'"[125] Bush replied, "May I explain what I mean by 'out of the loop'? No operational role."[125][126]
Although Bush publicly insisted that he knew little about the operation, his statements were contradicted by excerpts of his diary released by the White House in January 1993.[125][127] An entry dated 5 November 1986 stated: "On the news at this time is the question of the hostages... I'm one of the few people that know fully the details, and there is a lot of flak and misinformation out there. It is not a subject we can talk about..."[125][127]
On 24 December 1992, after he had been defeated for reelection, lame duck President George H. W. Bush pardoned five administration officials who had been found guilty on charges relating to the affair.[128] They were:
Bush also pardoned Caspar Weinberger, who had not yet come to trial.[129] Attorney General William P. Barr advised the President on these pardons, especially that of Caspar Weinberger.[130]
In response to these Bush pardons, Independent Counsel Lawrence E. Walsh, who headed the investigation of Reagan administration officials' criminal conduct in the Iran-Contra scandal, stated that "the Iran-Contra cover-up, which has continued for more than six years, has now been completed." Walsh noted that in issuing the pardons Bush appears to have been preempting being implicated himself in the crimes of Iran-Contra by evidence that was to come to light during the Weinberger trial, and noted that there was a pattern of "deception and obstruction" by Bush, Weinberger and other senior Reagan administration officials.[120][13][14]"[9]
After G.H.W. Bush illegitimately continued as Vice President and the POTUS, he and Reagan illegitimately created a SCOTUS majority, which literally stopped the democratic voting process, interfered with the elections, and "engineered" G.W. Bush and the GOP into power by stealing the elections using the SCOTUS majority of G.H.W. Bush, in the State of Florida, where Jeb Bush was Governor.[10]
Corrupted SCOTUS 'justice' Clarence Thomas cast the deciding vote to overthrow America in this manner, and he was illegitimately installed by G.H.W. Bush, in the context that his wife, Virginia Thomas played a key role in Jeffrey Epstein's and Russia's attempts to overthrow the United States in 2020-2021, and in the context the Trump campaign paid for and incited the insurrection.[10][11][12]
Part of the legal team or conspiracy to overthrow the United States in this 2000 stolen GOP election included three lawyers who Trump illegitimately installed onto SCOTUS, which explains why the majority of SCOTUS behaves in such a corrupt manner, because they were illegitimately installed by organized criminals, "Justices John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett all assisted George W. Bush’s legal team in the dispute over the 2000 presidential election results. A fourth colleague, Justice Clarence Thomas, who joined the Supreme Court majority halting a recount, was appointed by George H. W. Bush in 1991. Roberts flew to Florida and advised Bush’s brother Jeb, then the state’s governor, during the dispute. President Bush nominated Roberts as Chief Justice in 2005. Kavanaugh offered legal counsel, arguing for “the arbitrary, standardless nature of the recount process in Florida.” Bush hired Kavanaugh to work in the White House and later appointed him to the U.S. Court of Appeals. Trump elevated him to the Supreme Court in 2018. Barrett, before being confirmed to the court in 2020, told the Senate that she “provided research and briefing assistance” to Bush’s law firm for about a week “at the outset of the litigation."[13]
And where the GOP's Iran Contra treason crimes and the GOP's Trump-Russia treason crimes occurred under Bill Barr, whose father was Donald Barr, the pedophile who groomed and trained Jeffrey Epstein, in the context that the Bush family and Mueller refused to prosecute as many as 1,971 global elites linked to Jeffrey Epstein's (child) sex trafficking and organized crime operations, which included Donald Trump and his family.
Then the GOP's and April 27, 2016's Mayflower Hotel's Jeff Sessions' Rod Rosenstein hand-picked Robert Mueller to investigate Trump, the GOP, and Russia, the same Mueller from Trump's golf club, that didn't prosecute Trump in the Epstein matter, under G.W. Bush, and the same Mueller that didn't prosecute the GOP, Russia (who drew our air defenses towards Alaska on 9/11), the Saudis, Bin Laden family, Bush, and Cheney for 9/11 and/or for its cover up, and/or for invading countries and killing people based on "big lies" of "weapons of mass destruction", and, where Russia's, Jeffrey Epstein's, and April 27, 2016's Mayflower Hotel's Trump made April 27, 2016's Mayflower Hotel's Jeff Session his Attorney General before Bill Barr for good measure, and where the whole lot of them from G.H.W. Bush to Trump provided illegitimate pardons and clemency to witnesses of their ongoing organized crimes, only after their treason conduct and/or that of their proxies.
Organized crime families and their proxies RICO obstructing justice for organized crime family and their families generation after generation, is what is seems here, and with significant public evidence or basis, is a reasonable inference.
And that's what our reporting at UpRights News elucidated, that the same people, families, organizations, and countries seems to be involved in all the major catastrophes, conspiracies, terrorism events, organized crimes, generation after generation, also elucidated by Thom Hartmann of The Hartmann Report, and where Common Dreams' Jake Johnson is also hot on the trail, but also backed by extensive public reporting, and government investigations, and lawsuits.
Accordingly, between the acts of treason against the United States by the GOP, Bush family, Trump family, and/or others to give aid, comfort, and/or to adhere to established U.S. enemies and/or agents of these enemies, this only leaves 3/9 SCOTUS justices were legitimately installed as justices, all installed by the Democratic Party.
Here it is important to note that the GOP, Bush family, Trump family, and/or others didn't have to know all of their co-conspirators, nor the specifics of their conduct, but rather only had to overtly further at least one common purpose (to unlawfully seize power or stay in power by "engineering" the same per Russia's Felix Sater), which the Bush family, GOP, Trump family, and/or others did when they and/or their proxies overtly furthered the aid, comfort, and/or adherence to American enemies, Iran, the Contras, Russia, the Saudis, the insurrectionists, and/or others, before, during, and/or after the Iran Contra Affair, 9/11 attacks on the United States, and/or the Russian-Trump-GOP elections fraud, treason, sedition, witness intimidation, government fraud, RICO, obstruction, and/or other criminal conspiracies, and/or harm - is a reasonable inference based on the known public facts supporting the same, infra and supra.
As specified above and in the links below, the 6/9 GOP SCOTUS justices hand-picked by Jeffrey Epstein's David Koch's and/or Russia's Cambridge Analytica's Mercer family's Federalist Society were ALL nominated and/or confirmed after the Iran Contra, 9/11 attacks, and/or Russian-Trump GOP conspiracies had been overtly furthered in such a manner that made Ronald Reagan, G.H.W. Bush, G.W. Bush, Donald Trump, the GOP and/or their proxies "immediately disqualified", is a reasonable inference, and so they could not have appointed, nominated, nor confirmed any legitimate SCOTUS justices, nor anyone else, nor could they have collectively made ANY legitimate changes to the U.S. government, not eligible to do so, and not eligible to entrust others to do so.
Furthermore, just like the driver of a bank heist is guilty of the crimes of all other conspirators who robbed the bank and killed the tellers, and in the context that Americans were murdered during the Iran Contra conspiracy, and Americans were murdered during the 9/11 conspiracy, and Americans were murdered during the intentional release and intentional infection of the COVID bioweapon, and because murder has no statute of limitation, any attempts to obstruct justice by stealing elections, elections fraud, elections interference, gerrymandering, attacking stare decisis, eroding and/or attacking the Constitution, any U.S. law, and/or regulations in or between 2000, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, and/or 2023 for 2024, overtly furthered a complex criminal conspiracy with spokes that include murder, which has no statute of limitation.
Accordingly, there might be a constitutional crisis if - WHOEVER justices, SCOTUS, POTUS, members of Congress, and/or other persons were legitimately installed - try in a conflicting manner to usurp the checked and balanced power between the three branches of the United States - but there is no constitutional crisis for WHOEVER PERSON was illegitimately installed into power, a priori, a fortiori, and stare decisis, and any evidence to the contrary is fruit from the poisonous tree of prior, current, and/or future ineligibility for public office.
And part of stare decisis is Nemo iudex in causa sua, or no person can be their own judge, and so right now the only legitimate SCOTUS justices by our measure are three Democratic Party-installed judges, who we may or may not be able to count on to save us from this illegal power grab, but where they are well positioned to do so. They may rule on some matters, but not on self-executing laws, per Baude and Paulsen (2023), and where they recognize, unlike Alito, and others, that they are not imperial, and they recognize that there are checks and balances on their power. That's the sort of people we can count on.
In a similar manner, as most to all of the GOP in Congress have immediately disqualified themselves at least once, by aiding, comforting, and/or adhering to enemies of the United States, this really only leaves Democratic Party members in legitimate positions in Congress also.
Regardless if those unlawfully usurping offices don't want us to consider their illegitimacy, this doesn't mean that we shouldn't. Regardless if they show up to their "offices", doesn't mean they should be let into the same ever again. And regardless if they claim they are immune from prosecution, liability, and that they have "privilege", immunity, and/or impunity from being removed, doesn't mean that this is true.
Russia repeatedly engaged in cyber"warfare" against the United States, BEFORE Trump and the GOP conspired with Russia and Putin to overthrow the United States in the ongoing conspiracy specified in the two articles above, and thus Trump and the GOP (who can only exist through the conduct of actual people) conspired with an enemy of the United States to overthrow the United States, as specified in the two articles above.
Right now most, if not all, of the Republican members of Congress, Donald Trump, and/or others, and 6/9 SCOTUS are pretending and mimicking to be eligible for office by employing deception, coupled to abuse of power, coupled to fraud, coupled to employment of enormous propaganda resources - when they are not eligible for public office per the public record of their misconduct - and thus they are using the ineligible offices they are unlawfully usurping or have unlawfully usurped to try and both evade prosecution, and to remove a President elected by the majority of the American people in yet another unlawful overt furtherance of the broader ongoing conspiracy to overthrow the United States, furthering the 2015-2023 ongoing conspiracy with Russia and others to do the same (to "engineer" Trump and the GOP into office), as specified in the two articles above, but also in other articles across our reporting.
They are blocking hundreds of military promotions and just moved to defund one of our key military leaders (insurrectionist Marjorie Taylor Greene and the GOP moved to drop the salary of the Secretary of Defense for the United States, Lloyd Austin, to $1), while calling for the "destruction" of US law enforcement, and the execution of at least one key military leader, but they are illegitimately occupying the public offices they are using to do all of the same, supra.[7][8]
Because of the GOP's and Trump's attacks on the Unites States and the United States military, including blocking hundreds of positions, including the top positions for months, and now having moved to defund key military leaders, after calling for insurrection, civil war, and the execution of at least one other key military leader, General Milley - as agents of Russia, an enemy of the United States who "engineered" Trump and the GOP into office - the U.S. military, DOD, DHS, CIA, FBI, DOJ, and/or others should defend itself from this warfare within the United States against the United States and its military and its law enforcement, and for cause, forcibly remove these traitors, insurrectionists, terrorists, and seditionists from public office, and they should be tried in a military court not installed by Trump nor the GOP, and they should face the prescribed penalty for their massively harmful ongoing crimes, as specified by former CIA Director General Hayden, to deter those they have deceived and incited from overtly furthering any of the same, as prescribed by U.S. law.[5]
The Posse Comitatus Act would forbid the same, but for a war started and being brought to the United States by at least April 27, 2016, if not since November 2000, if not since before WWII, from enemies within the United States, on behalf of established U.S. enemies Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and/or others linked to Jeffrey Epstein's crime syndicate, per our reporting, involved in ongoing and networked warfare against America.
Furthermore, as reported to the United States government, UpRights News is regularly subjected to violations of the Posse Comitatus Act.
The U.S. military, the DOD, DHS, FBI, DOJ, CIA, Special Counsel Jack Smith, President Biden, and/or others should protect the United States, the U.S. military, U.S. law enforcement, and our people from these enemies from within, and the war they are furthering and inciting from within, as proxies and agents of our greatest enemies.
If not you, then who will protect us, and if not now, then when? There is clear evidence that Trump and the GOP have immediately disqualified themselves from public office, and that they were in no position to change even one thing about how the government operates in any sort of legitimate manner - a page right out of the forged Habsburg crime family's playbook, who faked it until they made it, then revised it, and now they've taken it - and the time has come for us to take it all away from them, using the facts and the law.
How many more U.S. law enforcement, soldiers, and Americans have to die at record rates before you'll protect us from the ongoing organized crime syndicate of Jeffrey Epstein/NXIVM and their orbit?
It is not radical, nor mental illness, nor unlawful for us to ask those we actually elected and paid for, to protect us from our greatest enemies within the scope of the law with the evidence to do so now public knowledge, and where a failure to do the same is what is what is radical, mental illness, and/or unlawful, regardless of defensive and preemptive projections to the contrary.
